5 /5 Hye Parkman: The front desk provides the fast professional admin services. The doctors are very knowledgeable; they listen to my concerns and provide appropriate treatments and referrals. Of course nurses are friendly and doing the job well. I respect them all and am a very happy patient.

5 /5 Lauralee Jimenez: I have been SO much more happy since Multi-Care has made some GREAT changes. I love how functional or simple the portal is to use. I highly recommend if you haven’t signed up for this. I can send a message and I always get some type of response.I also find it nice to check-in before my appointments. Which has made my wait time minimal or not at all. I still dread if I have to call the office for some reason. Initially it felt like the wait had improved. Now it seems to have gone back to longer wait times. I also LOVE my new provider Nicole Bosma at Yakima Family Medicine. She really is great! Her medical assistant is very good as well!

5 /5 Sommer Scheidegger: Dr. Midhuna Papazian is fantastic. She has the best bed side manner, is smart, kind, and someone you can trust. It’s apparent that she honestly cares about her patients and wants to get to know them. Her goal is holistic and long term in managing her care, I do not feel that I’m just getting put through the mill, which is expected these days. She is truly a gem and I cannot say enough good things about her.
