Russell James (Fuzzy Uncle Bob): A warm friendly atmosphere, I was greeted promptly upon arrival, and check-in was a breeze. I only had to wait minutes before they called me back for my appointment. The knowledgeable staff put me at ease, explaining the process and procedure. They were quick to respond to all my questions and concerns. They then proceeded to schedule the procedure at a time that was convenient for me. I look forward to working with them soon.
Lacey Sheppard: We were able to make an appointment the same morning, and were taken back right on time. The new facility its beautiful and bright. Very inviting! We saw Jennifer Gribble PA and she was so good with my kiddo who has medical anxiety. She spoke to her directly as a real person and made the visit go so much smoother. We definitely recommend YVFWC!
Joe: Beware going to this office. The doctors try to provide good care but their nursing and office staff are the worst I’ve ever dealt with before. Nurses routinely forgot to forward referrals to specialists or obtain MRI records, delaying care by many months. Office staff has been sending fraudulent bills for months. When I contacted them for an explanation, I was given a bizarre story about Russian hackers being responsible for my fraudulent bills. Do not go here.
Mattie C: I love BestMed. I have been here several times and seen different medical staff who all treat myself and my kids with the utmost care. The staff is quick, caring, and knowledgeable. I would recommend this urgent care.
Savanah Currie: I was worried because of the reviews, but clearly people are dramatic and don’t understand that the people in the office are just doing their job. Both the woman and the man who I encountered were very friendly. I went in for a preemployment drug screening and everything was fine no issues and very quick
Jessica Horn: I was referred here by my doctor because my doctor can’t deal with the issues I have I have had less then satisfactory care from Generations. I scheduled an appointment because of issues and the MD I was seeing completely ignored and dismissed me and just told me if it happened again make another appointment. Tried to change Doctors was told I couldn’t was told the office manager would call me back they didn’t. This play is a complete joke if you want actual care don’t go here.
Jeff Pickard: The hospital was clean and professional in appearance. What made the building better was the quality staff. My doctor was informative and supportive. The OR staff was great. The prep nurse was great! I was nervous and anxious. Her calm reassurance helped me relax. She made sure that I understood what was happening and what was going to happen. Had she not explained (and made sure I understand) the symptoms that would occur during the recovery faze, I would have made a unnecessary trip to the ER. You have great and wonderful people on your staff. Please treat them like they have value. The building is great, without great staff its worthless.
Ashley Morris: Im gonna go ahead and start with a five star review. Ive only been to the 4th Ave part thats in the same building as comprehensive. And my doctor is awesome. Lets hope the ones in this location are just as well. dr. eakin and dr. dennis are amazing and i feel very lucky. the woman that i talked to in the pharmacy though sounds like shes so full of disdain and has a horrid flat way of talking to me so far that it made me feel less than comfortable. which is bad enough since im asking them for help with staying properly medicated. we shall see how it progresses. so removed a star for now.
