1 /5 C Kyle “Kloud”: I am simply dumbfounded, insulted, and incensed by this doctor and their office. I honestly nearly didn’t write this review because I hated having to give even 1 star for this place. I was supposed to have my new patient appointment today which I had scheduled over 4 months ago. Having been without a primary care doctor, proper medical care, or insurance for over 6 years now, this appointment was important to me. These people rescheduled my appointment so many times that I had the correct date but incorrect time for my appointment saved in my calendar to remind me. Being prudent, but unfortunately too late to make a difference, I realized my error and made my way to the appointment as fast as I possibly could. I literally ran to the office and was a measly 15 minutes late. They had a whopping 2 patients waiting out in the lobby, and no incoming rush of new ones which would explain why this doctor turned me away and wants me to reschedule. It’s so absurd and infuriating to me I can’t adequately explicate my ire in words. THEY are free to over and over again change my appointment date and time, but if I, the patient, the one who I would hope a doctor would have some regard for or care about, am a meager 15 minutes late they expect me to go through this whole horrid process again? And for what? And why? They had no legitimate or sensible reason to turn me away, and the fact that they did says everything I need to know about this place. I suppose I should look at this whole ordeal as a blessing in disguise because I’m certain the doctor I was intended to see would have been nothing like the kind of person, professional, and learned individual I prefer, and dare I say expect, in a health care worker, most especially a doctor. Having this little regard for any patient, and displaying such a petty and contemptuous proclivity in decision making is not only gravely concerning, it’s tantamount to a violation of the Hippocratic Oath.
In short, steer clear of this place, or at least I would if you like to have a doctor who actually cares about you, the patient. The worst part is that when I made the appointment all those MONTHS AGO I didn’t have any real immediate or pressing concerns, however today, when I was intended to have my appointment I very much do. I won’t belabor this already lengthy review with specifics on my health but I truly needed to see a doctor. Today. Not tomorrow. Not next week. Not a month from now. And certainly not another 4 months from now which I wouldn’t at all be surprised to find is “the soonest they can get me in.”
This entire experience has been the worst experience I’ve ever had the misfortune to have in regards to my Family Care or General Practice Physician and Office by leaps and bounds, and I’ve had a few other doctors I didn’t like at all so that’s saying something.
