1 /5 Kayla Sasse: My experience has been horrible, I went in November for an abcess tooth finally got to see the dentist again in February while being in pain this whole time, the dentist saw me for less than 30 minutes I was there for over 2 hours and while he was waiting for me to be numb he was was working on other people (which is fine) but Im not paying for 2 hours of work when I was helped for 30 minutes. I have called the clinic trying to get in earlier etc, and I have a rude girl on the phone that says she will try and talk to the dr to get me some antibiotics never heard back so than the next day I called and her excuse was she was waiting for my response onto what pharmacy to send my prescriptions to, which I had already explained to her the day before where Id like them to go.. I will never go here again, I ended up going to a dentist in town, talked to a professional and pleasant person who took me very seriously. Just because family health centers is the only place that takes my insurance its safer and better for me to pay for another dentist out of pocket than rely on a clinic that doesnt take their patients seriously. Sorry for the long rant I felt like I needed to explain my story.
