5 /5 Marissa Haigh: Our little conure was attacked by our African Gray parrot around her beak on Saturday. I was able to clean her up and stop the bleeding but she was having difficulty eating and drinking even though she was trying. Dr Tuttle allowed us to get her in before she started seeing patients and mixed together an antibiotic, pain reliever, and vitamins, gave us some baby bird feed and baby food to start her off with (getting baby bird feed is nearly impossible around here you have to special order it). This isn’t the first time Dr Tuttle has helped us with our emergencies. When we had our pet pig she was the only vet within 130 miles of us (agricultural area too) that would see her when she was sick. We appreciate her willingness to save or try to save our fur/feather babes without hesitation.

1 /5 Primary Account: Their priority is payment. They are not honest about their costs. They expect the customers to cross-out options on the estimate despite verbal communications of what to do and not to do. They are not interested in resolving professionally. Will not return.

5 /5 Carmen Hill: We were on holidays 1.5 hours away from Omak. Tried 8 different vets and no one would see my dog for her UTI. This vet took us in on short notice. We had an excellent experience from the front desk to the vet. The vet was knowledgeable, kind and helped us when were in a difficult situation. The cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this place. Thanks again for all your help dog is on the mend and we are back from our holidays!

1 /5 Shane Devon: My dog was brought in to get a prescription of carprofen due to arthritis, it was made clear to the staff that the intent was to order the prescription online through a differenet pharmacy. The staff here did not state it wouldnt be possible to do through them. When i requested a copy of the prescription the manager told me she wont do that, despite wa state legislation stating they must. This is an incredibly unethical business, in direct violation of the law. WAC 246-933-350 Release of a veterinary prescription. (1) If requested by the client, a veterinarian must provide a written prescription for any medication prescribed by that veterinarian under a valid veterinarian-client-patient relationship. (2) As an alternative to a written prescription, if requested by the client, the veterinarian must call or send the prescription by electronic means consistent with state and federal law, to any pharmacy of the clients choosing that is licensed under chapter 18.64 RCW.
