5 /5 Maisy Ward: Ive had a lot of health issues throughout my life and have interacted with MANY different medical providers and have had a lot of dreadful, uncaring interactions. I honestly have to say that The Tonasket Family Health Center is the most caring clinic I have ever been to. Everyone at the clinic makes sure that you are well taken care of, safe and understand what is going on. If something is a problem they work with you until it is resolved. I personally am very greatful for everyone there.

1 /5 alicia mcpeak: Absolutely terrible. I am a type1 diabetic and have cirrhosis. After 1 visit to Dr. Redmond just to get refill because we are new she got blood work back to say everything is fine (I know it is because I monitor myself and had good doctors before coming here) to now trying to change all my medicans BEFORE HAVING MY RECORDS BACKand not even address what I even went for. 3 weeks later and i still have not got my prescription! THE office is just as terrible as her! Oh I forgot the office even called and tried to get me to come in just to bill my insurance just to tell me she still hasnt received my medical records back yet. It was terrible and I wont be going back. Waste of time!

I highly recommend them. The front staff is courteous and professional. They enjoy their work and my care is seamlessly taken care of.

2 /5 Saoirse Ocealligh: Would be WAY more professional if their clinic actually committed some money to a remodel. That building is GROSS. Also, their receptionists need to spend less time chatting and playing on Facebook as they have been witnessed doing, and actually answer phones and assist people. 8 mins sitting outside on hold just to walk in and see you gossiping is not service. Just because this is a small town doesnt mean people dont have to try as hard. Every single time I call, I dont spend less than 5 minutes on hold. You can NOT be "that" busy, when every other medically affiliated business I ring answers much faster. Including Harborview. This is a big problem.

5 /5 Dan Dabug: Did drive-through testing at this clinic - staff were extremely helpful, patient, and kind. Susan in particular was a fantastic test-taker and an exemplary healthcare professional. Exactly the kind of quality, compassionate medical care our nation needs right now!

carol carlson: my experience with Nancy Espelin, PAC was horrible she does not listen to anything you say and you will have to repeat your self Nemours times. she will ask you the same question over and over before she actually hears your answer. Oh and she thinks she knows how you are feeling and does not listen to you about how you feel or she will dismiss what you say. As if you dont feel what you feel.

JL Hawks: My mom was brought in to the ER by the aid unit. The staff called to tell me that CPR was in progress. The nurses, Dr. and staff were all very thoughtful and patient while I processed what was happening. This was sudden for us and Emily the nurse was so very helpful and kind. The Dr. kept me informed me of the situation and in the end she did not make it. I appreciate everything the folks in the ER did for me and my mom that day. They were amazing.

Decima N: If you value your health, please do not go to this clinic. The physicians at this clinic will miss diagnose you, over medicate you, and they will withhold medications that could provide relief for you as well. After being a patient at this clinic for five years, I finally was fed up and went to a different doctor, my new doctor can’t understand half of my medical records that was sent to her because none of them makes sense. The medication that was prescribed to me was done with zero blood work to see if the dosage was correct. Blood work that should’ve been repeated every six months was never done outside the initial check either. I was repetitively prescribed medication that my insurance would not cover and then could not get a hold of my doctor for days and would be forced to go to the ER to be treated. At one point I was even prescribed a medication that reacted poorly with something else I was prescribed by the same doctor and had a mild seizure. When I informed the clinic and my doctor of this, I was told repetitively that I don’t know what a seizure is and that’s not what happened at all. I must’ve been confused and fainted. (Even with witnesses who saw it happen) My current doctor thoroughly believes that I should’ve filed paperwork with the state for malpractice.

Dr. Bell, checked my symptoms & I was out, just as quickly as I came in. My influenza A apparently spending too much time in my lungs. Thank you, this evening Im already feeling a tad better!!!
