Jan Fries: I had to get some lab work done. I was checked in immediately and went to the lab, where I was greeted by a very friendly and efficient worker the blood draw was almost comfortable! I always get good results when I use this lab. There are very skilled.
Decima N: If you value your health, please do not go to this clinic. The physicians at this clinic will miss diagnose you, over medicate you, and they will withhold medications that could provide relief for you as well.
After being a patient at this clinic for five years, I finally was fed up and went to a different doctor, my new doctor can’t understand half of my medical records that was sent to her because none of them makes sense. The medication that was prescribed to me was done with zero blood work to see if the dosage was correct. Blood work that should’ve been repeated every six months was never done outside the initial check either. I was repetitively prescribed medication that my insurance would not cover and then could not get a hold of my doctor for days and would be forced to go to the ER to be treated. At one point I was even prescribed a medication that reacted poorly with something else I was prescribed by the same doctor and had a mild seizure. When I informed the clinic and my doctor of this, I was told repetitively that I don’t know what a seizure is and that’s not what happened at all. I must’ve been confused and fainted. (Even with witnesses who saw it happen) My current doctor thoroughly believes that I should’ve filed paperwork with the state for malpractice.
Debbie Cone: I found out this morning that the clinic has a Express Care. I walked in, was seen by Dr. Keith Bell with a wait no longer then if I had a appointment. Dr. Bell, checked my symptoms & I was out, just as quickly as I came in. My influenza A apparently spending too much time in my lungs. Thank you, this evening Im already feeling a tad better!!!
A E: As soon as you walk in its a very open and clean facility. I havent seen the medical portion of it yet, as my appointment is not for a bit. However their dental staff is amazing! The receptionist was very kind and sweet. The dental hygienist was so kind and thorough during the x rays and Dr. Russell is the absolute sweetest dentist I have ever had in my life! I am so glad I established dental care through New health. I am praying that the medical portion is the same experience that I received in dental!
Lisa Huizar: I should explain my rating is not for allenmore hospital as much as the lab technician that didnt want to assist me and my special needs daughter this Sunday 11/17/2024. My daughter needed lab work requested by her endocrinologist ASAP. I was excited that Allenmore was open on Sunday so I could get them done, as they were so urgent to getting my daughter the medication she needs. Again my daughter is special needs ( down sydrome) to be exact. We came into the laboratory department at about 10 am and there was 1 couple waiting in the lobby with a baby. The red headed attendant or lab technician took care of them about 15 min after my daughter and I arrived. We filled out the sign in paper 1015am and sat down to wait. A kind lady with her mom came in when I was setting down my green sign in paper. She aldo filld her green sheet and then sat down to wait. After the couple came out the red headed tech went to the computer and it took her 20 min to print out the lab papers which I assumed were for my daughter but when she came out she called the older ladys name. I was upset because I was going to be late and the ladies daughter heard I was running late. She told the tech I was next but she was so rude and said I got there 25 min after everyone. At this point there was another couple there too. The tech then said what your last name anyways. I could tell she wasnt going to help me but I still tried to wait for my daughters sake. I honestly think she was just racist as I am Hispanic. It saddens me that she didnt even care my daughter is special needs . She is also only 12
Anyways I dont people like this should work in a job that is so important for all of us. Eventhough the daughter of the older lady tried to tell her I was next she just didnt care.
Joey Nichols: I came here with my wife on a slow day and we have been sitting in the waiting room for 2.5 hours already. I have asked them where my Wifes name was on the list, they told me there is no list its all in rotation. Theres only 9 people here! ...Funny highlight of my day was seeing a rookie intern spilling water on the keyboard in the middle of the waiting room and trying to play it off like it never happened, he scooped up the ice and put it back in his cup.
Dallas Longhorn: Marissa Robinson is our family doctor of choice! She is beyond amazing, caring, funny, and knows how yo make kiddos have a great time even when getting shots. I hope we will never have to switch doctors again
