5 /5 A E: As soon as you walk in its a very open and clean facility. I havent seen the medical portion of it yet, as my appointment is not for a bit. However their dental staff is amazing! The receptionist was very kind and sweet. The dental hygienist was so kind and thorough during the x rays and Dr. Russell is the absolute sweetest dentist I have ever had in my life! I am so glad I established dental care through New health. I am praying that the medical portion is the same experience that I received in dental!

5 /5 Sandra Dawn: This place is amazing I moved here just about 2 years ago before newhealth opened and had the unfortunate experience trying to set up health care through newport hospital what a nightmare after months of dealing with that train wreck I was very discouraged thinking I moved to a place with such horrible health care and ended up using Chaz health in deer park which had 0 issues getting my whole family in right away but it was a long ways to go for Drs so I was hopefully optimistic when they started building newhealth and man what a blessing to our community these guys are great ! Super friendly front desk we love you Christina! And Lisa malakowsy is such an amazing provider she always takes such good care of everyone in our family we never feel rushed she always takes the time to listen to our concerns and answer any questions we have. I have such peace of mind knowing she is in charge of my families health care

5 /5 David Lewis: A very new and ultra modern health care facility in Newport. They provide medical, dental, and pharmacy in a very modern ultra technology facility. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. If you live in this area, give them a try.

Nadia Helmy: As someone who has been to the ER many times (mostly for others, but including myself), St Joseph was not a bad experience. I checked in mid-afternoon, was triaged within 30-45 minutes, in which I immediately spoke to the Doctor who assessed me. My immediate needs were addressed with compassion, and my imaging was done within 2 hours after. An additional hour of wait to have my results. Which all in all, is not terrible and I would consider fast - I was anticipating a 12 hour wait at least. The only critique I have was that my next steps and care plan was incredibly rushed and unclear. However, my imaging was completed relatively fast with diagnostics, which I am thankful for. Again, my expectations were incredibly low through my many ER experiences, but St Joseph’s managed to get majority of the job done in a somewhat timely manner.

Bill B: This Tacoma hematology clinic failed basic cleanliness and infection control. A line of 15–20 people stretched from the waiting room into the hallway. The door sign required masks, but staff neither enforced nor emphasized it. A basic mask was available at the reception window, where a single receptionist handled the crowd. In the blood draw area, staff also ignored the policy. For immunocompromised cancer patients, this environment is unsafe.

d20 Dave: Used to be great, but the last few times Ive tried to get an appointment its been almost a month wait. For acute issues (potential infections) this is unacceptably long. Ive taken to using the MyChart messaging system for medical advice, because at least thats reasonably prompt. The problem is theyre one of the best for the quality of the medical providers, being that theyre residents who are up-to-date. Not sure where else to go, but Im starting to look for alternatives.

Ruth Mwaura: Its so unfortunate that I have to give a 1 or 0 star on this hospital because i just saw a review of someone who gave a 5 star and mentioned me on the review. However, this is the creepiest place I have ever worked at,they have lazy regular nurses and some of them don’t answer call rights no matter what. One time I had a patient with O2 of 86 and had difficulty breathing, I put the call right on and put the patient on 2L O2 nasal canula and went out to look for Nurse but before I could find her the doctor got there before the nurse and he asked about the O2 but the nurse had no answer because she couldnt get a chance to listen to me. Minutes later the nurse told aggressively that I should never put any of her patient on O2 and she didnt even listen or ask the reason why i did that. Few days later, I was put on a do not return status on this facility and all my shifts were canceled,without a chance of giving my side of the story or any explanation.

Kara Kegg: Terrible experience with the receptionist. They canceled on me and she made it impossible to reschedule in a timely manner. I ended up having to go in person and basically beg to reschedule my time sensitive appointment. They apologized at my appointment but I feel like the receptionist that I spoke to should have sensitivity training or something because she doesnt know what people are going through. Absolutely unacceptable for someone that works with people that may be receiving the worst news of their life. Again, they canceled on me and hung up on us when we were upset that they wanted to reschedule us for a month out.
