1 /5 Bill B: This Tacoma hematology clinic failed basic cleanliness and infection control. A line of 15–20 people stretched from the waiting room into the hallway. The door sign required masks, but staff neither enforced nor emphasized it. A basic mask was available at the reception window, where a single receptionist handled the crowd. In the blood draw area, staff also ignored the policy. For immunocompromised cancer patients, this environment is unsafe.

1 /5 Danielle Foss: Wish I could put 0!! Where do I even start? Well for starters they are the only place in our city that Does not allow any family members in the treatment facility with them. Find that kind of suspicious, they lie and tell one person one thing and then when you try to go they say you need to be vacinated, and when that doesnt work they said "well we dont allow anyone past the first treatment anyway." So if supporting your loved one is important to you DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE. They seem to be hiding bad care and im suppose to just trust these mistakes made daily are not being made during his treatments!? Every appointment in office takes 2hrs for a 10 min fast talk with dr. The front desk staff seem really alouf and just sit behind counter with mask down and talk about other staff, yet if you call on phone you wait for 30 min for one of then to answer, they mess up prescriptions on a regular basis and then you have to drive down and wait for them to fix it, no apologies nothing.. the only thing they have done fast was get approval for insurance for treatment, lol i bet.. this place seems to just want your money. Do not recommend for such a sensitive time in life. And if you try to call said loved one while they are in treatment you cant even hear them because the nurses are talking loudly the WHOLE time.. how is someone supposed to relax during an infusion with LOUD women for 4 hrs straight!? Again 0 starts if I could. Wish it wasnt too late to go somewhere else. Also for a place that treats immune compromised people it is not very clean.

5 /5 Mellissa S: I cannot say enough good things about my village at this office. My treatment was hard & lengthy, but they carried me through it. Now that Im showing no signs of cancer, they are still here for me with such support when concerns come up. Thank you NWMS for taking such good care of me.
