3 /5 Carrie M: Susan Clabots Sheets is great. I’ve been seeing her for several years now. She listens and explores every topic and even though follow through has fallen short at times since I’ve seen her she always makes things right. I am giving three stars for two reasons. One, the office is not technically up to date - it is a throwback to the 80’s only with laptops. Paper billing, no ability to pay online, no online chart to speak of (they do have a communication portal but it’s hardly used. Anytime I’ve tried to send a communication it goes unanswered because no one checks it and I end up having to call anyway). Two, I had never had the occasion to see Dr Loomis until recently when I needed a CPAP follow up and Susan wasn’t available. Boy am I glad I see Susan - Dr Loomis was a bit of a grump and I didn’t appreciate feeling dismissed at times during our conversation. It’s for these very reasons my husband, who saw Dr Loomis for many years, decided to choose a new PCP. A few positives, besides Susan, are that they do lab draws in-house and the office staff is very nice.

5 /5 Jon: Dr. Loomis is a fantastic physician. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and he takes the time to explain things to you. You can tell that he is passionate about what he does, and he holds himself to provide a high standard of care. I truly believe he is the best doctor I have ever had.

5 /5 Kate P.: I have been a patient here for about 2 years now. The staff care about their patients. I have had several in-office procedures and always feel confident in the doctors/nurses. The nurses are skilled at drawing blood without pain. They maintain good communication by calling regarding routine prescriptions, follow-up, and test results. Staff are incredibly knowledgeable. Love this clinic. I have seen every doctor and ARNP and am always satisfied with the care provided.

5 /5 Diane Inman: Susan Clabots-Sheets has been my primary care giver for several years and Ive seen Dr. Loomis several times as well. The care and knowledge that these two have is excellent and the personal concern they have always shown me has been far above what is typical in todays health care systems. I read a negative review about them that insinuated that they dont use conventional MD solutions but want you to heal yourself. Untrue in my experience. Whenever Ive had a health issue I have been given medicine options as well as possibilities for more holistic approaches to heal. I like it.

Having been away for 7 1/2 years, I came back looking for a new PCP, I went on the internet and decided on Dr. Loomis according to that information. After leaving his office for my first visit, it dawned on me that he had been my parents physician for 30 years. As it turns out, I have a breast cancer issue that I had been holding on to for about two years ( not wanting to share my concerns with the doctors in the state I was residing in) I made the decision to share my concern with Dr. Loomis. His attentiveness to my concern and health issue has been impeccable!!! He has personally called me after hours to share results and been all over getting me to the best care available to me!!! Brian, the person he has doing the referrals, is amazing!!! If you are looking for a new PCP, please do yourself a favor and look at Dr. Loomis

VintageGal Armed with a Mind: Dr. Peoples is one of the best doctors that I have had. He takes the time to listen and explains things in terms that I understand. I like the concept of IORA, taking patients that are older and concentrating on the issues that can come up in older patients. Shelby is my Health Coach and shes great. A kind person. Curran in the front office has always been helpful. Im glad the I found IORA (now One Medical Seniors) via a friend who switched from her former doctor as well.

Nadda Nope: What. A. Joke. This place is nothing more than a fishing expedition for your wallet. I went in for a very specific issue, and I went along with diagnosis stuff at first. I did find it odd that I was being asked to get more bloodwork done when I arrived with recent results, but Im not a doctor. I found it really weird when I was getting referred to totally unrelated specialists without reason. So, I went to one final appointment to get a physical and discuss how the meds were doing. The "physical" was less comprehensive than a basic initial visit, but for some reason, I was getting billed extra for unauthorized services. I fought them on these charges, because I did not want them. The "services" were implied as being included in the physical, yet were billed in addition. Honestly, I wouldnt have fought them if the services were value added. However, a depression screen that wasnt reviewed and a hearing test that was no more comprehensive than a basic conversation? I think not. Their front desk is clueless about the billing, and their billing department fought with me, trying to justify the charges, without listening to why I was contesting them. Even in their final letter, they would not acknowledge WHY I was contesting the charges. Then they remove me from their patient list and threaten me with collections? I dont contest fair bills. I dont contest bills I signed up for, even when I dont like them. I only contest those trying to take advantage of me, and thats exactly what you can expect from this place. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere ethical.

Josie Wolfe: This doctors office is wonderful. The front desk staff are very warm and welcoming. I had little to no wait time. I met with dr. Payne today. I explained my medical concerns (there were a few) I was heard we talked about a plan of action and put that plan into place. All in 30 minutes. Definitely the most efficient doctors visit I have ever had.

There have been a few less pleasant encounters, but nothing unusual. However, one significant issue stands out—a staff member misdiagnosed my child, and it wasn’t until a little over two years later as of yesterday that we received the correct diagnosis. This delay likely affected my child’s ability to get the help they needed to thrive earlier. While it’s hard not to feel frustrated, I understand that people make mistakes. Instead of holding onto anger, I’m focusing on the present and putting my energy into supporting my child’s progress with their current diagnosis.
