VintageGal Armed with a Mind: Dr. Peoples is one of the best doctors that I have had. He takes the time to listen and explains things in terms that I understand. I like the concept of IORA, taking patients that are older and concentrating on the issues that can come up in older patients. Shelby is my Health Coach and shes great. A kind person. Curran in the front office has always been helpful. Im glad the I found IORA (now One Medical Seniors) via a friend who switched from her former doctor as well.
Josie Wolfe: This doctors office is wonderful. The front desk staff are very warm and welcoming. I had little to no wait time. I met with dr. Payne today. I explained my medical concerns (there were a few) I was heard we talked about a plan of action and put that plan into place. All in 30 minutes. Definitely the most efficient doctors visit I have ever had.
Beverly Bashant: Dr. Roxas has been my Dr for many years & has seen me through multiple health issues. Hes amazing at diagnosing & managing my care plan. His patience & compassion just puts him over the top. I am very fortunate to have Dr Roxas for my PCP.
Audriauna Jackson: Pediatrics NW has been a generally positive experience for me. I’ve interacted with many of the staff, and they’ve been great overall. There have been a few less pleasant encounters, but nothing unusual.
However, one significant issue stands out—a staff member misdiagnosed my child, and it wasn’t until a little over two years later as of yesterday that we received the correct diagnosis. This delay likely affected my child’s ability to get the help they needed to thrive earlier. While it’s hard not to feel frustrated, I understand that people make mistakes. Instead of holding onto anger, I’m focusing on the present and putting my energy into supporting my child’s progress with their current diagnosis.
