Pediatrics Northwest, P.S. Baker Center - Tacoma Audriauna Jackson: Pediatrics NW has been a generally positive experience for me. I’ve interacted with many of the staff, and they’ve been great overall. There have been a few less pleasant encounters, but nothing unusual.
However, one significant issue stands out—a staff member misdiagnosed my child, and it wasn’t until a little over two years later as of yesterday that we received the correct diagnosis. This delay likely affected my child’s ability to get the help they needed to thrive earlier. While it’s hard not to feel frustrated, I understand that people make mistakes. Instead of holding onto anger, I’m focusing on the present and putting my energy into supporting my child’s progress with their current diagnosis.
