4 /5 Tara H: Been to Chelan Hospital for emergencies and blood work and every time have been met with personal and professional attention. When an emergency calls for transfer to another larger hospital, with surgeons on call, they make it happen. 4 star because in fact they don’t have emergency surgeon on call and it’s another step to be taken to a different location. We have really appreciated this facility and its staff and Dr’s.

2 /5 Stephanie Tordini: I came here in severe chest and epigastric pain and thankfully my EKG was normal. They prescribed meds for my dx and a UTI but did NOT do any blood work, did not do any IV hydration even though I stated I was severely dehydrated and experiencing nausea and vomiting every day. They refused to give ANYTHING for pain. I went in with pain and left in almost the same amount of pain. Very disappointed in this hospital.

1 /5 Keifler Elf: Worst Emergency Room hands down. If i could have put 0 i would. They do not care and are heartless. If you have a life or death emergency they will kill you not save you. Releasing patients who go home and experience cardiac arrest. They refuse to fix the ER Doctors deplorable actions. They do not walk on water and should be held accountable for their mistakes. Everyone needs constructive criticism to meep getting better.

1 /5 Scott k Krueger: My GF broke her foot in 4 places, we were there for almost 5 hrs, the staff was friendly and good beside manner. We had take home meds because the pharmacy was closed. The Dr was supposed to call in a refill and didn’t do it. Today which is Sunday 8-4-24 my gf had to call several times to get what was supposed to be a script called in the day before. She is in horrible pain and all the nurse said “ well you may have to wait a while because the shift change ER Dr is busy “ finally at 2pm they finally called in the script. Finally she is comfortable but lake chelan health dropped the ball and I would never ever go there again. Horrible service and neglect. Words of advisement take whoever is injured to confluence in Wenatchee. One doc for 9 beds is unacceptable the EMS crew were great!!! Thank you but the admin staff you need work. You had her files and X-rays and CTs and she had to fight to get her medication. Shame on you for being negligent. And shame on the Dr for not making sure the prescription was called in. My gf was in so much pain, I felt helpless. Stay away from this so called doc in the box hospital. Go to Wenatchee confluence if you can.

5 /5 james brose: Good and bad but overall good on helping me get better but wound care caused me to have to get an even bigger wound on my foot because they caused infection and made me get admitted to the hospital to have surgical debreeding done. After that they have been pretty good on doing it right except the back up lady I have when Javier is busy with other patients hurts me and it seems like it’s on purpose. They still get 5 stars cause they so far have helped save me from losing my foot and possibly my leg!
