From the very first visit, I’ve been consistently impressed with their professionalism, honesty, and top-notch work. Jordan, in particular, is absolutely exceptional. His knowledge, transparency, and care for customers truly set this shop apart. His communication has always been impeccable, and I’ve never once felt in the dark about what’s going on with my car. I first brought my vehicle in for brake service and was so impressed with the experience that I became a customer for life. Shortly after the break replacement I returned for an alternator and battery replacement. Most recently, I had my oil changed, and once again, the process was smooth, quick, and clearly explained. I’ve always felt comfortable and confident leaving my car in their hands, which says a lot these days. It’s not easy to find an auto shop you can fully trust, but Orchards Auto Express has definitely earned that trust. 1 /5 Cole Conklin: I went to get my brakes pads changed here a year ago because they gave me the lowest price estimate. When they were done, they told me the pads had a 10 year warranty. My brakes started squeaking recently so I brought the car back and they swapped out the pads because they had worn down already. Once I left, there was rattling coming from the rear and the squeaking started up louder than before a few days later. I brought it back, they looked at the brakes and assured me it wasn’t the brakes. It got louder a week later and I called back. The guy told me he already looked and if he looked again, he would have to charge me for a diagnostic. I took it to another well known shop, told them the story and they told me the noise is from the rotors because they were never milled for the new pads. They told me O’Reilly offers a 10 year warranty and has brake pads as low as $20. So, they are clearly buying the cheapest pads they can and when they ware out and you bring it back, they will create more issues for your car and play dumb. Go somewhere else even if it is a little more expensive. They are young and after a quick buck instead of trying to build lifetime customers by doing work you can trust in.

5 /5 Tim Polucha: Good experience. Needed an oil change, showed up and got service right away. One of the fastest oil changes Ive had in recent years. Decent prices too, they do list basic costs on the website for different types of oil and can confirm over the phone too. Pretty sure its got a discount too which was cool.
