Experience trying to call in is awful. The phones are always busy or youre on hold for a while they need more people up front to handle their volume of calls. Lab person could be a little more social and up beat.

Weve seen multiple providers as Day-Of Appointments and have had just 3 changes in Primary Care Physicians in all that time!! Their Service, Communication and Professionalism is second to none!! The Clinic Environment and Location is excellent and convenient!! They offer an array of Service Specialties from Dedicated Professionals and their Caring Attitude comes through in everything they do!! Do not hesitate to come here if you are looking for medical care!!

My husband and I are more than pleased with the staff at Pacific Crest. Our cousin is unhappy with her doctor so we referred her to Pacific Crest.

Ana Gomez: My mom had two different appointments here canceled. Today we went as they told her on the 14th it would be scheduled for today. We show up only to be told “there is nothing scheduled for her today”. Are you kidding me? We are not from Yakima and had to drive 45min to get here. They didn’t bother helping us only telling us “maybe April or may if we have space we can schedule you but we have nothing scheduled for you nor do we have any notes the other one was cancelled” never coming back here. Talk about unorganized and not helpful at all. Going to call our doctor and see if they can find us someone else instead in Richland.

Incredibly ridiculous that a doctor’s office wouldn’t take the time to schedule a patient correctly or inform them of important information regarding their appointment in a timely manner. I was brushed off by the staff and it made me feel that my healthcare is unimportant to them.

He had the humility to know that I would be better off with a colo rectal surgeon and did not proceed with the operation upon discovering the tumors exact location. Humility in a surgeon is a rare quality. As such, I used him to put in my port for chemotherapy. I highly recommend this man as I believe he is one of the best general surgeons you can have.

She actually reviews your chart and history before seeing you and is always fully prepared. The office is great and they do labs in house, which is wonderful.
