5 /5 Annabella Tantzen: I put off going back to school for 5 years, and it was incredibly tough for me to go back. The wait was well worth it to be in Gabis class. Gabi is so sweet and energetic and really puts all of her heart into teaching us everything and more. She has helped me feel comfortable, confident, and proud of my work, and no teacher has ever done that for me. She makes me want to come to school each day. Thank you, Gabi, you are amazing!

5 /5 Airah Martin: Amelia!!! Literally the best. She takes the time to listen to you and makes you feel welcomed as soon as you meet her. I got a full foilyage of brown to have a dimensional brunette look, and I’m already so excited to get it done again by her!

5 /5 Susan A.: I was very impressed with the Paul Mitchell Academy in Federal Way. As soon as I walked through the door I noticed how clean and organized the place is. I was acknowledged and received help with signing in by a friendly person. I was introduced to my stylist, Miley and we walked to her station. She listened to what I had in mind for highlights and Abbey (her instructor) introduced herself and we all went over what I wanted. Even tho I had signed up to have a full head of highlights done, it was explained that because I had booked my appt. online for 12:45, there wouldn’t be enough time. So we all agreed that a partial would be a better idea. What I appreciated was that they both were straightforward so I didn’t have any unrealistic expectations. Miley did a beautiful job. She took her time to get it right. And Abbey was always available and came over to oversee how she was doing. Abbey had a lot of great tips and Miley took Abbeys suggestions in a positive light. The results were above and beyond my expectations and look forward to going back again after the New Year. I have been to Paul Mitchell Academy’s in CA, ID and now WA. I highly recommend you checking out their services.
