You get in a room fast, they take the best care of you possible and if they can’t help you, they call other doctors or places to get you the help you need. Everyone is so caring and takes such good care of their patients. The nurses and techs go above and beyond for their patients. Thankful for everything they have done for my family when we go there.

5 /5 Liam Estairess: Had to go to the E.R. for an allergic reaction. The staff were friendly, communicative, and helped me to understand what was happening and what they were doing as they were doing it. At one point I had a panic attack (side effect of Epi) but one of the nurses assured me I was safe and Katie cracked a joke which helped me to center myself in that scary situation. After the main treatment I was kept for observation and Jason was helpful, making sure I was comfortable and that my family was taken care of while they were waiting for. I wish I asked for more of your names. Of the seven people that helped take care of me, I am grateful for the respect and compassion from all of them. Thank you.

5 /5 Brittany Smalls: I cannot say enough good about this place and its staff. Our 2 year old gave us quite the scare yesterday and got into something he shouldn’t have. The entire staff was so amazing, attentive and helpful! As you can imagine, a toddler in the ER for hours is no fun task but the staff took turns talking and playing with him, keeping him entertained in between providing care while reassuring us and validating our concerns. ER visits can often be a nightmare but this is the best experience we’ve had, they turned a very scary situation for us into a very pleasant visit. The staff here are truly gems.

5 /5 Taylor Perkins: My daughter is almost known at this hospital she is about a year old and has seizures and they take such great care of her and even try to take care of us as parents they do everything they possibly can for her and we appreciate it even when their rooms were full they found a spot for us to have our daughter under a heater and the nurse would come out of his way to check on her the doctor was great as well and when he got to the point of not knowing what to do for her condition he fought for her and got her into childrens hospital they really care for their patients here

5 /5 Rachel C: Injured my wrist in Canada previous day. Chose this ER as it was first one on our route over the border. After signing in, it was a short wait for X-rays which showed a broken wrist. Staff splinted and gave directions for next steps. Every single staff member that attended me was kind, upbeat and helpful. Much appreciated from a MN traveler far from home!
