Lurel Smith: My daughter (10) was nervous about getting her first pair of glasses. The doctor and staff were great and made the experience a lot of fun. My daughter loves her glasses and has enjoyed rocking her new look. Thank you Stevenson Family Eye Care for a professional and uplifting experience!
Optum - Medical Office Building - Everett
Johnny Katsandres: Clean place and everything is easy to find. Front receptionist was amazing barely a wait. I received great care and information. Very impressed.
Providence Physician Group - marysville - Marysville
Charles Herring: If you suffer a Boeing work related injury, do not expect any help from either the Providence Medical Group or from Skagit Regional. Just my personal experience. Nor will they help you with any disability claims. Just my experience. I was even told that by a number of Work Related Attorneys. If you need any help with a Boeing work related injury, I was told that the Everett Clinic is far more synthetic and will lead or assist or point you in the right direction or walk you through the processes. Im leaving the Providence Medical Group and have already left Skagit Regional due to them not being synthetic to my Medical needs and injury assistance.
The Everett Clinic Pediatrics - Marysville
Danielle Tieskotter: I brought my 6 year old son in today with a severe earache, high temperature and is just plain miserably sick. Lexi checked us in at the front desk. She was far from friendly but took care of checking us in. Couldn’t find my son’s chart due to the phone numbers not matching - but didn’t verify my phone number. After waiting for approximately 2 hours, I went and asked how much longer as my son is miserable and she brushed me off and said they prioritize based on severity of illness etc. About 45 mins later they had called everyone in that came after us. When I approached again she said they had been trying to call my phone and I wasn’t answering so they moved on. YET we were sitting in the lobby the whole time and had no missed calls. Also she never verified my cell number at check in and they were calling my son’s father. When I asked for her name she gave it to me, then snapped back “I am just doing my job.” It is unfortunate that the front desk people lack customer service and compassion for people who aren’t feeling well- let alone a child. If she genuinely was doing her job she would have verified my phone number and saved us an extra hour of wait time. It’s the day after Christmas- I knew it wouldn’t be a fun day at the walk in- but it’s unfortunate that the front desk staff is not professional.
Patrick L. Kunkel, D.O. - Spokane
Shannon Gray: Dr Kunkel is the best Dr I have ever met. Which says something as due to my Cataplexy, Chrohns and many health challenges, he has been patient w me. He listens so well and is very thorough in ensuring all my questions and concerns were addressed. Wonderful person w a phenomenal staff as well in a clean, cozy office. Shannon G.
Sanjit K. Dutta, MD - Spokane
James Lindsey: I absolutely love my doctor! Im old enough to have experienced numerous physicians and consider Dr. Dutta one of the best! He explains everything very well and takes into account your knowledge and experience with your body. Hes always well prepared, For instance, if you have recent blood test results, hes gone over it before he meets with you. I absolutely trust his judgment. I do a lot of reading on current medical practices and find him always way ahead of me. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a physician they can trust in a service environment that is really patient-oriented.
Jeremy E. Stevens, DO - Spokane
Betsy Hartman: I really appreciate everyone at Dr. Stevens office. From the front desk, and lab department. I feel like I was able to go everything I wanted and didn’t feel rushed. I am thankful I found this office, and an amazing MD!
Dr. Philip R. Henry, DO - Spokane
Sandra Selle: After injuring my wrist, they diagnosed me with a sprain. I later went to a hand specialist to find my wrist was broke in 2 places. They offered no help for the pain I was in. I have multiple back problems. They treated me like it was all my imagination, even after x-rays showed the defects. Final straw was when Dr refused to preform an EKG I needed for surgical clearance. Not sure who cares less, Dr or lori.
Nicole M. Breen, DO - Spokane
Kathryn Hillman: I found Dr. Breen when I first moved to Spokane and wanted to establish a family doctor for myself, as well as my husband and future children. In our first appt, she was attentive as I explained to her how important it was for me to have one doctor to care for all of us (an all of my opinions). She was up for the challenge---she delivered both of our babies and is still our doctor 7 years later. Dr. Breen and her team have been deeply caring, responsive, patient and collaborative during our healthcare needs. Highly recommend!
