1 /5 Danielle Tieskotter: I brought my 6 year old son in today with a severe earache, high temperature and is just plain miserably sick. Lexi checked us in at the front desk. She was far from friendly but took care of checking us in. Couldn’t find my son’s chart due to the phone numbers not matching - but didn’t verify my phone number. After waiting for approximately 2 hours, I went and asked how much longer as my son is miserable and she brushed me off and said they prioritize based on severity of illness etc. About 45 mins later they had called everyone in that came after us. When I approached again she said they had been trying to call my phone and I wasn’t answering so they moved on. YET we were sitting in the lobby the whole time and had no missed calls. Also she never verified my cell number at check in and they were calling my son’s father. When I asked for her name she gave it to me, then snapped back “I am just doing my job.” It is unfortunate that the front desk people lack customer service and compassion for people who aren’t feeling well- let alone a child. If she genuinely was doing her job she would have verified my phone number and saved us an extra hour of wait time. It’s the day after Christmas- I knew it wouldn’t be a fun day at the walk in- but it’s unfortunate that the front desk staff is not professional.

1 /5 Samantha Bulock: Ive been here since 11am. I know I am a walk-in but the wait time here is insane. And almost everyone else in the waiting room sat as long as I did. Then they make you wait 45+ minutes more in a room too. At one point no one had been called for over an hour. This is where my primary doctor is too so I just go hereby default but like why is this the longest walk in experience Ive had anywhere and it wasnt that busy! Four hrs to see a doctor...

1 /5 benny oseguera: Doctor Margaret Heller prescribed my partner with tizanidine. It has the side effect of lowering blood pressure, interacts poorly with guanfecine, and with birth control. My partner already has low blood pressure, putting her at risk of something fatal. She was hallucinating and sedation!!! Please dont take these doctors prescriptions at face value and look at the medicine they are "recommending". Especially if you are a walk-in, they dont seem to care and just see you as another patient they have to go through to get through the day. Any other doctor would have checked if my partner already has low pressure and prescribe something else

3 /5 Mary Mason: I would give the Doctor a 5-star review.. but the check-in staff was atrocious.. horrible by all means .. they made me wait in the car because I was dry heaving 3 days before my walk-in, then after 45 minutes in the car with a very angry husband that had to take me because I couldn’t drive yet .. I asked why does someone who looks like death warmed over get to sit in your lobby when I begged you to sit in the corner.. she told me that I was throwing up and had diarrhea.. first of all I asked for help to get away from the anger I was facing.. second I was not vomiting nor did I have diarrhea!! Never said those things .. I was unjustly treated!! But the doctor and nurse were fantastic and are helping me !

1 /5 Mark P.: Zero accommodations for an actual walk in as the waiting area is your car. I got dropped off and had no car so my only option was to wait outside and the bench they mentioned is uncovered and sopping wet. I left as I went there because I wasnt well and they want me to stand around outside waiting...nope. Update: I went to the Indigo Urgent Care about a block away and it was so wonderfully different. I was not sent outside to wait with no seating, I waited inside in a chair. Th facility is newer and cleaner and parking is better. Im glad I found Indigo, its a much more professionally run clinic and they treat you with more respect than the Everett Clinic.
