5 /5 Bethany Junkins: I have been bounced through multiple doctors and clinics with no answers in sight, feeling like no one would genuinely listen to my symptoms and examine my medical history. Dr. Muntean was thoughtful, curious and took me very seriously. Genuinely the first time I’ve felt seen in a doctors office in a long, long time. I couldn’t recommend Providence Rheumatology more. From their receptionists, intake to my actual appointment I was treated so kindly.

2 /5 TheRedflame1980: Called to make an appt with a Dr referral. Receptionist/scheduler was extremely rude and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her calling. She was very short on the phone and made audible sighs. I work in healthcare and her customer service skills were very unprofessional. I would be written up for treating a patient like that.

1 /5 Mitchell Foley: I was treated like an annoyance for trying to get a prescription refilled about a week after I placed it with my pharmacy. I dont know the backend systems that the pharmacy and the clinic uses. Im treated like I should know and Im held at the mercy of whether or not someone is kind enough to help me when I call.

2 /5 Dawn Barry: I also have had rude behavior from people in this clinic I wish the people would take a class in professionalism an ethical behavior towards those who pay their wages it would be nice

1 /5 Navarro Samuel “Octavia”: If I could rate this place negative stars I would. My partner had her referral denied with a recommendation to see an orthopedic specialist or physical therapist. My partner has been in PT for 2 years so we decided to call to see what further tests or information would be needed for the next referral attempt. We were met with an office staff that was incredibly dismissive and rude when we called. They had an attitude right from the beginning of the conversation. Besides the attitude they also preceeded to outright lie to us about the information they provided the referring doctor. They claimed they informed my partners doctor of the necessary tests and information regarding the next referral attempt; however, when we contacted my partners doctor about next steps to get the referral, my partners doctor office said they were not provided any additional requirements or instructions. The referring doctors office also stated that they had just been contacted by the Providence front desk staff where they apparently doubled down on their position and would still not provide further details. They straight up lied to us about what they informed our doctor. They were unnecessarily rude from the beginning of the conversation. I understand times are stessful and the medical system is incredibly busy but this is wildly unprofessional.
