5 /5 Andrea Baker: We switched to Dr. Trail when our PCP of 40 years retired. He has been great! He listens, communicates well, is patient and has good treatment plans. I’ve spoken with him after hours when my dad had an emergent issue and he was prompt to respond and showed concern and was of great help to us. His medical staff is great and we have not had issues at all with scheduling as I have read in some reviews. I feel we found an excellent doctor and have had a great experience

5 /5 Valorie Parker: I have only recently switched to Dr Trail. Sick of a PCP who was no help, I asked a nurse at Urgent Care who she used. He came highly recommended. If I could hug that nurse today, I would. The best thing is that he is not with either of the big names in Spokane medical, his practice is his own thereby putting his name on the line. He isnt protected by the corporation so he has to rise higher, and he does. Hes patient, he listens and he helps. He actually makes a correct diagnosis without sending you elsewhere! I am switching my entire family to him as they have the same complaints about their PCPs.

5 /5 Sean Oakley: Dr. Trail and his staff are a fantastic! Ive had nothing but great service from this office. Appointments have never been too far out, and during my office visits he spends as much time as needed in formulating his diagnosis and treatment plan.
