1 /5 Davida Zinkgraf: I went in for significant lower back pain. To the point my legs are starting to give out. The front desk employees and the nurse (or medical assistant) were VERY kind and helpful. The trouble started when ARNP BRANDI SMITH entered the scenario. Absolutely NO bedside manner and RUDE. I had to finally ask her if she would just listen to what I was experiencing and my history of skeletal issues. She has NO compassion… really did not want to hear what I had to say. She was very robotic and treated me like just a number. It appeared she had no interest in finding out WHY I was in such pain. I had to DEMAND an X-ray, she said that was not in their “protocol” to do. There is so much more to say about my experience, but I am waiting from a call back from her “boss” tomorrow. She is a HORRIBLE ARNP. Maybe she’s just “burnt out” on her job. I would recommend she finds another line of work that does not consist of being compassionate/caring or dealing with patients

5 /5 Carol Lingner: Very kind, pleasant and thoroughness from the receptionist, the medical assistant and the physician. Absolutely could not have been any better. Also very little wait time— about 10 minutes! Highly recommend.

1 /5 Darcy ONeill: I went to Rockwood Urgent Care at 3:55 pm on 1/1/25 and staff told me that they were at capacity for the day and closing early.... please help me make sense of this. Google, the Rockwood website, and sign on your building say you are open until 8 pm. Before anyone says 1/1 is a holiday, the sign on the building says they are open until 8 pm on holidays. Also, how is a business at capacity with not a single other patient there?!?! And if at capacity, why would a business be closing early?!?! I will never go to a Rockwood provider again.

2 /5 Kaiya Bick: I have never had a bad experience until today. I’ve had an over 100° fever for four days now, and I came in to get antibiotics and took a test to see if I had Covid or the flu. Nichole Hannibal comes in to my room, and tells me that it would cost me hundreds of dollars in order for me to get tested, even though I have two different insurance providers, some of the best in the state. This baffles me but whatever. I then get told that I am not allowed to have antibiotics until Tuesday, even though I’ve had 100° fever for four days straight, with diarrhea vomiting, and I’ve been unable to keep liquids down She doesn’t even do an exam on me, to the point of where I had to ask for her to at least take a look at my lungs. I am so incredibly disappointed in the lack of bedside manner, and lack of ability to even try to assist me at this point when I’m clearly not doing well. I’ve never had to ask Doctor to do an exam before. The place was a ghost town, and they were turning off lights as I was trying to leave. I have never felt so dismissed in my life from a doctor, and I am unsure if I will ever be back to the Rockwood clinic

1 /5 Nay Wilson: I went in feeling sick and I left still feeling sick with no diagnosis I think this clinic is more concerned on getting the patient out of the clinic and not treating the patients or making them feel better I went there to the urgent care because tomorrow is Thanksgiving and I didnt wanna be around family being sick and got one 1/2 of a test done the test came out negative and that was it there was no concern on finding out what was wrong with me the NP was more concerned about me leaving the clinic this was by far was one of the worst experiences I have had at a urgent care I went in there sick and left sick Im going to make sure I call my insurance company to make sure I dont get charged for this worthless office visit and I am new to the area coming from Florida so I know this definitely isn’t allergies. I just hope I don’t get my family sick over the holidays
