Providence Colville Clinic - Colville
Medicine Mom: I saw Dr. Lucas before Christmas to fill a prescription. Its now March 11 and I DO NOT have my medication. I have never been contacted by his MA even though I have left messages daily for weeks on end. At one point, I had a follow up that I stupidly wasted my time on. I asked why I hadnt got my prescription. She stated he wanted to wait until the follow up, but didnt have decency to call me back. I have received 7 pills since that appointment in December. i dont believe they have a system for prior authorization or the MA just doesnt do her job. Ryan Lucas himself seems like a decent doctor. The ladies at the front desk are as helpful as they can be. One of them sent an emergency message to him at one point, and then I was told the order was just waiting for a signature.
NEW Health Colville Medical - Colville
Lisa Adams: Yelena Rhinebah, PA-C I am so glad that she is back practicing. She went to the ER for quite some time and I sure missed her as she was my primary doctor for a very long time and treated me with the most dignity and respect any doctor and Colville has ever done. It was a wonderful surprise to see her yesterday and she took great care of me out of other clinics. She saw that I had a sinus infection. With the anabiotic starting to feel better, thank you for listening with your heart your patience always.
South Sound Behavioral Hospital - Lacey
Shelly Pierce: This is the absolute worst place to go if you are battling depression and are in need of help. My husband was there and he said he felt worse when he got out pulse he lost 5 pounds being in there because they couldn’t get his diet right. I dropped warm clothes off for him and it took them ā€˜till the next day to give them to him. They have quiet time each night for shift change and you have to go to your room and be quiet and not bother anyone. You are pretty much left on your own without any support from staff. If you are in need of help do not go to this place if you have another option. The staff is there for a paycheck that’s all. (There are a few that care)
Vantage Physicians: Kershisnik Erin MD - Olympia
Kelsey Kniestedt: Dr Kershisnik has been my doctor for over 15 years. She was the first to diagnose a relatively rare condition and immediately got me in to a specialist. She has helped with finding alternative treatments and listens to what I say. She spends a great amount of time during my appointments and I never feel rushed. She’s compassionate and kind and I honestly can’t recommend her highly enough.
South Sound Clinic - Olympia
Heather HOFF: Very good treatment center. Great support. Has helped me stay clean for Seven years started on methadone. Then switched to suboxone.
Sea Mar Lacey Medical Clinic - Lacey
C Prince: This is my clinic Im proud to be a patient here. My doctor Cecilia is the sweetest kindest and most attentive physician Ive had in a very long time!
Olympia Veterinary Specialists Oncology - Olympia
S H: My soulmate of 13 years started to decline. Navigating our vet and emergency vet brought on a lot of loneliness as symptoms were a little vague and they’re so busy. We landed at OVS oncology thinking we’d lose her that day based on her worsened condition and X-rays. The team were immediately warm and comforting which was absolutely incredible despite my relentless feeling of doom. She went through a scary situation some hours later. Dr. Parshley contacted me immediately with digestible information on what happened, next steps, and possible outcomes. You can tell when people put their entire soul into their craft, and this office is full of those people. They have been such a bright spot in one of my most frightening moments and have made so many hours hanging in the unknown comfortable. You don’t get many vet experiences like this and I’m extremely grateful.
Ocean Beach Hospital & Medical Clinics - Ilwaco
Mattie Dickinson: I had a horrible experience starting in the ER. The nurse I had is older. He had NO empathy or compassion. The nurses and CNAS on the floor were nice. Although I didnt see them very often. I have diabetes and high blood pressure. I wasnt given one of my maintenance drugs. My discharge papers stated to discontinue all my diabetic meds. until I could get an appointment with my primary care provider. Luckily, I was able to get in in a short time. My Dr couldnt believe they took me off my meds. The notes she got said I was being treated for a headache. I had a UTI that went septic. Go figure. My advice to anyone considering going to this place is DONT.
Family Care Network - Whatcom Family Medicine - Bellingham
Jonathan Turowski: Only great things to say about the office staff and Dr. Casey Lien. Even though I went for an annual physical and am in relatively good health, he still had the approach of taking a thorough history to look for any risk factors. Good beside manner, and I wouldnt be surprised if this was the same for all of his colleagues. Lauren his assistant was also good, barely felt my flu shot!
Internal Medicine at PeaceHealth Cordata Main Clinic - Bellingham
Woody D: I have been going to Peace Health Cordata for close to five years. It can be a little challenging at first, but once you are established with the organization the experience is pretty good. My wife and I have a primary care physician (Mohammed Mohiddin) who I would rate as one of the best doctors I have had in my 65 years on the planet. If I need to get in to see him it will take a little time, but he and his staff respond pretty quickly to emails through the PH portal on the My Chart app. If I have a pressing problem, I go to the walk-in clinic on the first floor. I have always gotten in quickly and the care has been excellent. Question Diagnostics has two locations in the building. If they were like my Kaiser in SoCal and had a pharmacy on site, it would be a one stop shop. They do have a good coffee place on the second floor of Cordata though, which is great for getting a caffeine fix after a fasting blood test. Those dreaming of the days when you could get right in with their doctor must be older. Being one of those people, I can say…those days are gone EVERYWHERE! The U.S. has one of the most expensive, yet underperforming medical systems in the world. To top it off, very few new doctors want to be family doctors because the pay is lower than specialist and like most reviewers here, patients tend to be unsatisfied….at least that is what the three doctors in my family tell me. Peace Health Cordata does a pretty good job, particularly when compared to specialists like cardiology. They are booking appointments three months out.
