1 /5 Medicine Mom: I saw Dr. Lucas before Christmas to fill a prescription. Its now March 11 and I DO NOT have my medication. I have never been contacted by his MA even though I have left messages daily for weeks on end. At one point, I had a follow up that I stupidly wasted my time on. I asked why I hadnt got my prescription. She stated he wanted to wait until the follow up, but didnt have decency to call me back. I have received 7 pills since that appointment in December. i dont believe they have a system for prior authorization or the MA just doesnt do her job. Ryan Lucas himself seems like a decent doctor. The ladies at the front desk are as helpful as they can be. One of them sent an emergency message to him at one point, and then I was told the order was just waiting for a signature.

4 /5 Troy Lawson: My primary care doctor was at this facility, but I stopped going because of the scheduling mistakes I have experienced with the staff. Now I typically go to Heartland even though they dont take my insurance, the time saved and service are worth it.

5 /5 Terena Gutkin: I went in this afternoon with my young child who I suspected came down with pink eye and he was so bad he couldnt wait until Monday. They confirmed the pink eye diagnosis plus an ear infection and quickly ordered everything we need to treat it. Everyone was so fantastic answering my questions and concerns. I was in and out and managed to pick up a prescription at superone faster than I could have hoped for.

Dr. Parshley contacted me immediately with digestible information on what happened, next steps, and possible outcomes. You can tell when people put their entire soul into their craft, and this office is full of those people. They have been such a bright spot in one of my most frightening moments and have made so many hours hanging in the unknown comfortable. You don’t get many vet experiences like this and I’m extremely grateful.

Mattie Dickinson: I had a horrible experience starting in the ER. The nurse I had is older. He had NO empathy or compassion. The nurses and CNAS on the floor were nice. Although I didnt see them very often. I have diabetes and high blood pressure. I wasnt given one of my maintenance drugs. My discharge papers stated to discontinue all my diabetic meds. until I could get an appointment with my primary care provider. Luckily, I was able to get in in a short time. My Dr couldnt believe they took me off my meds. The notes she got said I was being treated for a headache. I had a UTI that went septic. Go figure. My advice to anyone considering going to this place is DONT.

Even though I went for an annual physical and am in relatively good health, he still had the approach of taking a thorough history to look for any risk factors. Good beside manner, and I wouldnt be surprised if this was the same for all of his colleagues. Lauren his assistant was also good, barely felt my flu shot!

Woody D: I have been going to Peace Health Cordata for close to five years. It can be a little challenging at first, but once you are established with the organization the experience is pretty good. My wife and I have a primary care physician (Mohammed Mohiddin) who I would rate as one of the best doctors I have had in my 65 years on the planet. If I need to get in to see him it will take a little time, but he and his staff respond pretty quickly to emails through the PH portal on the My Chart app. If I have a pressing problem, I go to the walk-in clinic on the first floor. I have always gotten in quickly and the care has been excellent. Question Diagnostics has two locations in the building. If they were like my Kaiser in SoCal and had a pharmacy on site, it would be a one stop shop. They do have a good coffee place on the second floor of Cordata though, which is great for getting a caffeine fix after a fasting blood test. Those dreaming of the days when you could get right in with their doctor must be older. Being one of those people, I can say…those days are gone EVERYWHERE! The U.S. has one of the most expensive, yet underperforming medical systems in the world. To top it off, very few new doctors want to be family doctors because the pay is lower than specialist and like most reviewers here, patients tend to be unsatisfied….at least that is what the three doctors in my family tell me. Peace Health Cordata does a pretty good job, particularly when compared to specialists like cardiology. They are booking appointments three months out.

She has impressive communication skills and the ability in making a patient feel comfortable. She also has great injection skills. I did not experience pain with the injection into the subacromial space. Very pleased with my care and treatment plan.

Kelly Hoffmann MD - Bellingham

Irma Kohlman: Dr. Kelly Hoffman has been my doctor for over 15 years. She is absolutely magnificent. Dr. Hoffman and her entire staff are friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. They always get me right away if I need to be seen and the wait time in the lobby is usually only 5 minutes. Her staff is always on top of faxing prescriptions and referrals in and their on duty nurse is always available and returns calls in a very timely manner. If Dr. Kelly Hoffman is not available, she always has other Doctors on staff that will see me. Her husband, Mark Hoffman is also a Doctor in the same office and he too is magnificent.(he is my husband’s Doctor and my husband is 100% happy with him). In closing, I would also like to mention that Dr. Kelly Hoffman is very supportive. She not only takes the time to explain everything to me in detail, she develops programs for me to help me keep a steady weight, manageable cholesterol levels, blood pressure, etc….She is a wonderful doctor and I highly recommend her.

megan mccauley: If I could give this place a zero, I would. Long phone wait times, the first thing they ask is for insurance, rude staff, definitely not a respectable family doctor office anymore. No care or concern for your health. Its unfortunate. Ive been going to this doctor office since I was I born (Dr. Patterson was kind, compassionate and caring), we went through the transition from Associates in Family Medicine (which was a fantastic family doctor practice) to the Everett Clinic, to now Optum. Theyve lost their connection to the people they serve.
