Jonathan Danaraj, DO - Spokane
Matthew Garcia: Doctor Danaraj has been extremely helpful in helping me with treatments that I am comfortable with, in addition to communicating with others regarding my health status so everyone is aware of my conditions and restrictions. Highly recommended Pulmonologist!
Dr. Patrick S. Lynch Jr, MD - Spokane
Tanner Haynes: Dr Lynch was great. Took time to talk to me about it. Did the fix in the operation room then came in right after surgery told me we found it/fixed it..Told me to do my part and stay off of it ice and Elevate give it time to heal. He couldn’t have been any better. Just FYI I have had other surgeries and I can tell you, he was one of the best
Dr. Jeffrey A. Trail, MD - Spokane
Christina Balcom: My original Dr. (Henry) retired so, one of his partners (Dr. Trail) took me on. His bed side manner is horrible! He is very arrogant and doesnt listen at all! During my last visit, he was asking me questions about my pain levels and the medication. He asked on a scale of 1-10 what Im usually at while on the pain meds. I told him Ive been at a 10 a few times. He told me "a 10 is impossible unless you have a hot rod jabbed into your eye." I said "Okay, a 9.5 then. To where my husband has to help me to the bathroom and lower me down to the toilet seat." As I was explaining, he then turned to his intern and said "youre supposed to be documenting all of this down as were speaking but, shes (referring to me) talking in circles, so..." I then said "Im sorry, Im not trying to be difficult. Im answering the best I can because not every day is the same! What worked for me yesterday doesnt always work the same the next day. So to answer your question simply, on a good day, Im no less than a 4. On a bad day Im at a 9.5!" As I was leaving, I asked the receptionist if the other doctors are taking new patients. I told her I will NEVER see Dr. Trail again! I will now be with another doctor! I would NEVER refer anyone to Dr. Trail. I think its time for HIM TO RETIRE!
Kristina H. Anderson, MD - Spokane
Sof: I was seeing Dr. Wilson to begin with, and decided to switch primaries. Dr Anderson is amazing, and thorough, she listened to my concerns, and knew exactly what to do, to treat me. She is very knowledgeable, and her intake aid was awesome as well, I dont remember her name, but she was so friendly and professional. I felt heard, and she treated me so so good, and made me feel comfortable.

MultiCare Rockwood Urgent Care - Downtown - Spokane
Davida Zinkgraf: I went in for significant lower back pain. To the point my legs are starting to give out. The front desk employees and the nurse (or medical assistant) were VERY kind and helpful. The trouble started when ARNP BRANDI SMITH entered the scenario. Absolutely NO bedside manner and RUDE. I had to finally ask her if she would just listen to what I was experiencing and my history of skeletal issues. She has NO compassion… really did not want to hear what I had to say. She was very robotic and treated me like just a number. It appeared she had no interest in finding out WHY I was in such pain. I had to DEMAND an X-ray, she said that was not in their “protocol” to do. There is so much more to say about my experience, but I am waiting from a call back from her “boss” tomorrow. She is a HORRIBLE ARNP. Maybe she’s just “burnt out” on her job. I would recommend she finds another line of work that does not consist of being compassionate/caring or dealing with patients
