1 /5 H H: I brought my car in because my A/C was not working in June 2023. They “fixed” it but my car continued to slowly leak coolant. Come May 2024 (11 months later and the first time I had to use A/C in 9-months), it again was not working. I brought my car back in and had them pull up my last service and told them it wasn’t working again and that they had told me if the first fix didn’t work, then it had to be another issue but I didn’t ask many questions because my knowledge of mechanics is non-existent. They again “fixed” my A/C and I paid them another $220-ish dollars. April 2025 rolls around and I go to turn on my A/C for the first time since September 2024 and it was not working. I called Priors and had them pull my two service records and they had changed out the exact same valves twice in 11-months, led me to believe it was fixed both times, and charged me for the same service twice. I expressed my frustration in being charged to do the same thing twice in 11months with my car still not being fixed, and they basically told me not their problem and did not agree that I should receive at least a partial refund from them for doing the same service twice in less than a year without fixing the issue . I took my service records to another shop in town and they found the coolant leak very quickly, replaced some “O” rings and charged me less than the service I paid for twice at Priors. If you are a trusting individual with no knowledge of cars like myself, I do not recommend bringing your car here.
