5 /5 Irene Gammon: Relatively few reviews here and most are several years old, so Im compelled to share my recent experiences.
I find the Providence system, in general, to be forthright and fair. My experience with them spans two states and about 7 years.
At Providence Family Medicine North I was able to establish care as a new patient in a reasonable time frame - this was something that I found surprisingly challenging when moving to the Spokane area a few years ago.
My provider is Dr. Ryan Massoud; my experiences with him and his support team have all been positive. Fortunately I have few doctor visits annually, so when I do, I go in with a list of concerns. Both my intake nurse and Dr. Massoud address each item on my list thoroughly. I dont feel rushed and my questions are addressed until I feel ready to move on. The vibe is one of kindness and respect.
Between appointments I have had great success in communicating with the team via the MyChart portal. Responses are quick and comprehensive.
Wait times have been reasonable.
I feel comfortable with and well-cared-for by this practice.
