Drop off was very easy and they asked what was going on with the car and listened very well. They called me within a few hours, had already found the issue, and fixed it. 5 /5 Dan Carrick: Needed a battery replacement and asked for an oil change as well, Pullman Auto had me in 3 days after calling and had my car ready 4 days after calling! Only reason they didnt hit their goal of finishing the work in the same day as dropoff was because they wanted to ensure the issue was truly what we believed it to be. Staff was very open in communications and seemed like they would be just as friendly with car enthusiasts as they would be with car newbies. Only concern I had was that the price for my oil (12.12) was multiplied by exactly 5 (60.60), which I assume is just charging for the services rendered, but is a decent chunk more thank any oil change Ive ever received. Other than that, Pullman Auto was spectacular all around!

The guy told me they dont usually work on the vehicle I had but told me to stop by, and they would take a look. I showed up, and they took a look and repaired it right then and there! Wonderful to work with.

5 /5 Stewart Mitchell: I had my daughters car at another local tire shop for a slow leak in 2 tires, not a difficult job normally, but apparently they couldnt handle it. Pullman Auto Repair came through and had it squared away in short time and charged a very fair price. Im definitely sending her here if she has car problems in the future, highly recommended.
