1 /5 Gil Ana: Brought in my jeep for a thermostat related issue, mentioned the check engine light (for which they did not check/diagnosed, just turned off). They missed getting the part multiple times. Finally, was able to get in for a thermostat replacement for which my check engine light came back on almost immediately. Called twice, one person told me I was able to get in anytime to check the thermostat even if the check engine light was intentionally turned off by orilleys. The second person said I had to have my light turned on and should not go in until it does.
Once the light came back on, I went in. They checked my orilleys diagnostic and said it was a different issue (also related to my thermostat).
At this point, I decided to seek a different opinion. A trusted, family mechanic wanted to check my thermostat to see if it was an original Jeep part that was replaced. It turns out that the thermostat was not even installed correctly.
Long story short, trust is lost.
