They were super courteous and polite, when often you find a grip of attitude at shops when this kind of stuff happens.

They worked for hours trying to figure it out and unfortunately didnt carry the connector to do a permanent fix but did a quick fix to get it working for the rest of my ride to Idaho. I appreciate them so much and couldnt recommend this place more! I will definitely be back when driving through Yakima. Thank you thank you thank you!

5 /5 Nobody Noneyabusiness: I have got to let the world know that this place to have your car worked on down to an oil and filter change. Im 61 years old and a woman to top it off as you know lots of people are dishonest with woman especially old woman who doesnt know much about cars are usually ripped off. These people here at this Quick Lube and auto repair are truly honest company what a difference in prices compared to others Ive been to. They did a thorough good job at making sure my car and I were taking care of. They even went above and beyond Ive asked for help to put stuff in my trunk and with no hesitation the gentle man did it. Cheapest place plus A-1 Service Ill definitely go back in fact its the only place Ill have my car taken to. Thank you to all who own this place and especially the workers on 3rd and Nob Hill. God bless these people. Id give them a 10 Star. Also extremely affordable and inexpensive prices. Without lowering any of the service and kindness, efficiency.

1 /5 Gil Ana: Brought in my jeep for a thermostat related issue, mentioned the check engine light (for which they did not check/diagnosed, just turned off). They missed getting the part multiple times. Finally, was able to get in for a thermostat replacement for which my check engine light came back on almost immediately. Called twice, one person told me I was able to get in anytime to check the thermostat even if the check engine light was intentionally turned off by orilleys. The second person said I had to have my light turned on and should not go in until it does. Once the light came back on, I went in. They checked my orilleys diagnostic and said it was a different issue (also related to my thermostat). At this point, I decided to seek a different opinion. A trusted, family mechanic wanted to check my thermostat to see if it was an original Jeep part that was replaced. It turns out that the thermostat was not even installed correctly. Long story short, trust is lost.
