Amber Simpson: This school is amazing. To be able to work full time during the week and get educated with in person class on Saturdays is a game changer. The instructors are so helpful and make learning about dental assistanting fun. Dental assisting is the best career ever!
Carlie Douglas: I would not recommend anyone to go to this office. The dental work I received at this office from Dr Sandy is by far the worst I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve never had a filling fall out, but from this office one fell out twice followed by a second. They also did 2 crowns (with 2 week wait and temp), terribly shaped and not at all close to the shape my teeth were/are. Only one person of the office staff I interacted with was competent and welcoming. Cleaning was fine, but they never offered to schedule me for continuing cleanings They were only interested in scheduling for how much money was left on my insurance for more shoddy work.
Ryn Win: Initial visits to the clinic were fine, and I like Austin Hummel, however I just had the worst experience with the receptionist. I made an appointment to have a suspicious mole removed today (March 1st); only when I got there I found out that the receptionist had somehow scheduled it on March 29th. Didnt apologize or even admit her own mistake, didnt talk to the doctor about the situation, straight up ignored my question about being referred to a dermatologist who could see me sooner, and just insisted that my only option was to go to extended hours at another clinic in the system and HOPE they would have time for me. No idea if thats going to cost me more than if she hadnt screwed up my appointment and I could see my doctor as planned.
