Kimberly D: The hygienist and dentist are always fine. The hygienist Alicia was great yesterday (4/17/25). However, she recommended a periomaintenance cleaning in 3 months but the front desk said the next available appointment is in December - 8 months out! I have had other cleanings missed and scheduled too far out due to Bright Now being too full and not being able to keep consistent hygienists. It isnt helpful to have a cleaning every 8-12 months when 3 months is whats needed.
Heather Ann Losinger Bass: The people who work here are the kindest,most caring people. The doctor went out of her way to look into my insurance coverage and found that I’m completely covered for a brand new pair of dentures! I had no idea. My life is upside down at the moment and this office staff made sure to show me people really do care. Thank you so very much. I HIGHLY recommend this office.
CHEF wren: I love everything about the Silverdale location. Every visit Im treated with care and respect. Ive had terrible experiences at many dentists and have a troubled mouth so Im very glad to have found a great team. Dr. Woody is so gentle and amazing at what he does. I never thought I would say I enjoy going to the dentist, but its true. From walking in and hearing Tina Turner, Diana Ross, AND Whitney Houston?! Count me in. The check in staff is always nice and friendly. The techs and assistants are always so welcoming and the care is top notch. All the way to the nice young lady that works the check out station that for some reason remembers the littlest details about mine and my wifes life. They truly make us feel like were almost family and I am so so grateful for the care they provide.

I go through the VA and have had trouble getting authorized for specific procedures. In fact, Ive waited for a year for 1 specific procedure. When i contact the VA, they continually say, "they never recieve any requests or the information is wrong."
Since Lexi came on board at Gentle Dentistry, everything with the VA is getting done and getting done fast.

Abe Charara: Wasted my time when I could’ve called other dentistry offices to check for availability when I first called I was asked for my insurance information and that somebody will call me back in a week. Yes, a week to schedule me someone then called me later that week and let me know that they’re booking out a few months, which was highly disappointing while that person was nice. This is not an excuse for a broken procedure when they could’ve told me that they’re booking is so far out instead of taking my insurance information, my Social Security number and my birthdate and assessing my insurance information unnecessarily
Myst Xv: Flawless care from start to finish. Ive had an amazing experience with this orthodontist. The office is clean, the staff is welcoming, and Dr. Smiths expertise is truly impressive. My smile has never looked better!
