5 /5 Jeannie: I have been a very satisfied patient for years with Dr Hong and his staff. They make me very comfortable and well taken care of. I have had many different procedures including an implant that was very successful. I go in for regular cleanings and they take my insurance. Nice easy parking. I drive from Milton and am very happy with the care I receive. Come in and meet them. 10/11/2024 update...just had a split front tooth removed. very gentle and easy. very professional and caring proceedure. I bring my own sunglasses and neck pillow for my arthritis. very accommodatingfor my comfort. Dr Hong explained what was happening and I trust him to do whats best. Very happy.

2 /5 Amy Couchon: My husband got his teeth "cleaned" here a little over a year ago. this dr did such a half-assed job that the dentist that my husband and I now see is having to dig loose pieces of calculus out from significantly below his gum line because when he went in to get a cleaning from Hong, Hong was lazy i guess and instead of making sure the calculus came out, he just pushed it further in. Our current dentist said "If I hadnt talked to you and knew you got your teeth cleaned last year, I would have guessed that its been about three years or more since your last cleaning." Sadly, even though we had a good experience in the moment, we deeply recommend going somewhere else.

1 /5 Rach Dawn: I was in about a month ago and did not enjoy my experience. Dr. Hong is extremely standoffish and short to the point of almost being rude, and even his assistant seemed to be embarrassed by the way he was speaking to me. After he left the room, I turned and asked her if I had said anything wrong, and she signed and said, "Dont worry, youre not the only patient that asks this after hes finished; hes got that brooding doctor thing going". Terrible bedside manners from the doctor. I felt so unwelcome by him, and I do not recommend this office. The only reason I stayed through my check-up was because of how personable and comfortable his assistant made me feel after he left.

Gregory Armstrong: 1st time patient at this place and the 1st time in a dentist chair in 24 years. Nothing in life gives me more anxiety than having to have any sort of dental work done. And Im a Combat Army Veteran. So I was open with the hygenist about my anxiety as soon as I sat down. I hate that I didnt write her name down, but she was fantastic. She made me feel much less stressed as she talked me through her thoughts on what she thought the dentist would likely suggest as a course of treatment once he had an opportunity to examine me. All of which was confirmed by the dentist. Again, I wish I had written his name down, because he was a really good dentist. Ideal has quite a few different payment options, making them pretty affordable in my opinion. The staff is friendly, compassionate, and treat u like someone they care about, not just someone they wanna squeeze money out of. The office was super clean, narry a speck of dust anywhere and they have lots of locations all over the U.S. My wife and I are traveling to a new state every 13 werks and I need periodontal care and orthodontic care, so knowing I can stroll into a location pretty much within an hour drive from most states and get seen by someone who can simply pull up my file in their system is quite the flex. I would absolutely recommend others to the Ideal Dentistry family. The only thing I would change about my experience there if I could is Id replace all of the fake plants in the office with real living plants. Though, Im sure the reason the plants are fake is to keep allergy issues down. So this is just a personal preference, not criticism. Thanks, Ideal Dentistry Staff!

Have had several appointments with Dr May and Staff with fantastic results. Had an implant and crown done which went extremely well due to Dr May’s skilled hands. The lab work (crowns and implants) are the best quality I have ever had. They also offer sedation dentistry if necessary.

Michael McMenamin: Very informative, very helpful, very thorough, very efficient, and gave me various opinions and options regarding my teeth. And I really like when doctors are able to immediately show you the photos and X-rays in order to immediately discuss your condition. They are also very responsive, very friendly, and will put you at ease if you are afraid of going to the dentist. Very clean and seem to be using the latest equipment. Great locations with ample parking.

Sage: Ive been coming here for quite a while (about 1.5 years but LOTS of appts.) and have had less issues than any other dentistry Ive been to before. The staff are friendly, helpful, efficient, and patient. 95% of the time its been a fantastic experience. The only gripe I have is with the automated phone call you get a few days before your appt. once it didnt register my confirmation of my appt. then showed up and couldnt do it. I understand why they have it I just wish it was a bit more clear maybe an email reminder would work better especially with the amount of spam calls now-a-days. My dentist is typically Dr. Wendy OHaver she always treats me with kindness and compassion she is a great dentist! Plus theyre in the same lot as my favorite rock climbing gym so thats always a plus!
