5 /5 Shawn L: Its a little out of my way, but Ive been to most of the Puget Sound area Honda Dealers for service, and this is my preferred shop for my 03 CRV. Great service, knowledgeable, no b.s. / pressure, personable, quality work. And Chelsea is wonderful! She was able to pull up my entire Honda service history (other locations have said they couldnt access), and make relevant recommendations based on my actual service records, mileage between, and condition, rather than just the general guidelines.

2 /5 Jenny Lu: The service felt rush because there were more customers after me even when I had an appointment. I had to constantly remind my consultant what my car was bought there for. Information was taken upfront but all else with timing of service was a bit slow for my liking especially all that was done was an oil change, key battery change and car wash that took over 2.5 hours. I asked for help to assess a rattle but resulted in nothing. I also came in for a recall of which I noted in my service request but asked to reschedule. It is a long drive for me and likely will not drive back unless necessary since Ive prepaid oil changes.

Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable about vehicles, but hes also always willing to lend a helping hand. His customer service skills are great– he takes the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I understand whats going on with my car. His patience and willingness to answer all my questions have been invaluable. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and it shows in the quality of work. Five stars isnt enough – Id give him ten stars if I could! Sad to see him leaving Honda!
