2 /5 Barbara Howe: Front desk was cordial and welcoming. Back office staff barely spoke. I was led for an X-ray by one staff member, given directions for the X-ray, led back to examine room after finishing by a different staff member. No one spoke to me but they all managed to discuss plans for lunch with each other. The door to the exam was opened for me I walked through and turned to the medical person who was in the process of shutting the door behind me. No information was provided to me about how much longer my wait would be and truly expected to hear the door being locked behind me. After about a 45 minute wait and left looking for the restroom. There was a group of employees at the desk. I made eye contact with me, seemingly surprised to see me come out of the room. He escorted me to the restroom and when I was returning to my room, he followed and told me one person was ahead of me and doctors would be in soon. Granted this is a walk in clinic and I did wait for at least two hrs before the doctor came in. He told me his name but never made eye contact with me. Sat with his back to me, did most other talking and it was difficult to get information across to him without interrupting him. It seemed he had already decided what he was going to say and wasn’t very interested in what I had to say or even if I had any questions. The surgeon will be calling 3-5 days. Probably was a 20 minute visit then he was gone. Not impressed.
