3 /5 Lisa L.: Docked two stars for trying to leave the practice, and getting billed for two months when I havent been using the services and requested it, maybe 28 days ahead of time. Their "30 day policy" is a dig at their clients; I gave them plenty of time to get me off services. My PCP was awesome, responsive, etc, for years. But billing an extra month when no services have been used is really not okay. Im leaving the practice to save money because of paying back student loans, and they gouged me on the way out. I tried to call and got the "well, it wasnt 30 days" when it was close enough. Not okay.
