Javier was the gentleman who helped me, he gave me the best price. After they ran into a couple of issues. Javier called me and let me know what was going on. He even took a picture and showed me what the issue was. I got my car back in a reasonable time and the price was still cheaper than the other shops. Thank you Javier, I will definitely be back. .

    Alex: Friendly, fast, and thorough. Their website doesnt reflect available appointment times accurately, so I was moved an hour back but they made sure to tell me ASAP. I arrived early, but was promptly greeted and was told it would take about an hour. They started early and had my oil changed early! They found a lot of urgent maintenance issues that I had been neglecting since Im planning to sell my car soon, but I appreciated that they reported them yet werent pushy about it. I live nearby, so Ill gladly be coming back!

    Samy Rashwan: I took my 2024 Tesla after hitting the front bumper. Frank did a great job repairing it completely, didn’t even need any new paint! I couldn’t even see the scratches. I come from Bellevue to Kent just for this body shop for any car problems. Everyone is very honest and they work very efficiently The prices are also better than anywhere else. Would highly recommend.

    Nita Fulwiler: I was able to get in right away for an oil change And to look at a possible problem with my back brake lights which kept coming on intermittently when I was not in the car. I was surprised that I was able to get in right away and the work was done very efficiently and hopefully my brake lights will stop coming on. They were adjusted. I also got a ride back home so I I could stay home to wait for the car and they picked me back up again to bring me back up to pay. Great service there. I will definitely be back.
