She listened patiently and helped me figure out the best way to achieve the look I wanted without sacrificing the length of my hair. The receptionist was friendly and made me feel welcome. The overall atmosphere is clean and bright. I’ve tried multiple salons over the last five years and this is my second visit with Ciara, she exceeded my expectations.

5 /5 Kate: I was an absolute pain to schedule for due to a travel intensive stint for my job, yet the folks at this salon were patient, friendly, communicative and took good care of me. I went in for a simple cut to foster growing my hair out, was pleasantly surprised to see a style was included with the cut (I dont get haircuts often), and Taylor gave me facial framing and layers because I had no idea what I needed and I was so happy to defer to more experienced thoughts. Left with hair that felt amazing and some good product recommendations. Great experience.

It’s hard to find someone who cuts AND colors well. She does!

Boni Belden-Doney: Jim Hughes is one of the best hairdressers that Ive ever had. He is kind he listens and does what you ask him to do. Even if its against his better judgment. Ive been going to him for 6 years since Ive been up here. He is a family hairdresser and has styled hair four all the ladies in my family. You can trust him when he tells you that no that wont look good on you. I would tell everyone to go see Jim.

Crystal Cope: I have never been so embarrassed of a hair cut and dye job as I was here; in tears leaving!!! Liz did a HORRIBLE job. The dye was sloppy, not the right color and very spotty all over, including color left on the crown of my head. She cut off nearly 5 inches even when I said to do less! Used a small comb to brush the wet hair, which breaks the strands. No product used to protect my hair when blow-drying. Used a flat iron on wet hair so she could cut even more off! SO MUCH DAMAGE!! When you leave a salon you should feel good about what you paid for, not here! DO NOT GO HERE!!! And yes, I did talk to her about my concerns. She made comments with reasons for her madness and continued to do what she wanted. Time to refresh your education on how to cut hair or just let the professionals do this.
