When my BMW broke down on my way to work I searched (while waiting for the tow truck) for BMW repair shops close to me and found Running Automotive. With fingers crossed, I had my car towed there. The tow truck driver eased some of my concerns when he said that Justin was an expert in German car repair. I got my car back and it’s running great. So we then took in my husband’s Tacoma because we had taken it 2 times to our repair shop in Everett because of a noise we heard when driving and they kept reassuring us nothing was wrong. Well they were wrong, it was a bad wheel bearing and Justin found and repaired it. Truck is running perfect now. Justin is meticulous, honest, knowledgeable in German car repair, and his prices are fair and reasonable. Justin is now our go to mechanic for all of our vehicles. Highly recommend.

He even hooked me up with a windshield guy and came and replaced my windshield while my car was there. He is extremely fair with his pricing. I will not ever take my car anywhere else!

He wont pressure you with unnecessary repairs and instead give you his honest opinion on what he would recommend fixing and tell you which repairs could possibly wait until later. Honest mechanics are extremely tough to find theses days. Hes not satisfied until you are.

Em Welch: Honest to God I would trust these guys with my dog, my spouse, and my kids if I had any. Once they stayed till almost an hour after closing helping get my brakes fixed. They didnt necessarily have time but they made time because it didnt feel safe to drive Another? Jiffy lube said my spark plugs were shot, precision said they were full of it. Today I brought it in thinking my locking actuator might me broken, turns out it was just my key fob.... Thank goodness for these folks. You cant often find an honest mechanic who just cares about his people and his customers. However Precision Auto Works is the epitome of good customer service and consistent car care

Duke Stain: Unfriendly staff. Went in for a clutch replacement and to get a spark plug re-tapped. Got my car back. Clutch barely engaged until the pedal was all the way out making shifting difficult. Told me it was the first time they worked on my model car as well which was very unsettling after they completed the work Tried to get them to adjust it but they told me that its an auto adjusting clutch. They were very combative when presented with complaints. The older gentleman was nice, but the younger guy is a straight douche. Save your money and go somewhere else.

James was much cheaper then the dealership, and did an excellent job and had it done sooner then promised. This was the 2nd time i have taken my car in, James is a great mechanic does not try and sell you things you do not need. Taking my car back in soon for a tune-up.

Travis Wielenga: I received my 2019 jeep renegade vehicle back from these people with incomplete assembly done to it. The vehicle passenger mirror still using original skin, which is clearly scraped up. You can’t really see it in the picture but if you see it in person, it is scraped up. There was interior headliner damage on the passenger side as well from the accident and they did nothing to fix any of it. I also have this weird transmission issue where it’s in drive but goes nowhere and tires. Exploding the ones they replaced three of them. I had to go and replace because they eventually started to fall apart or explode. I brought the vehicle to them telling them of these issues and they did nothing to fix any of it. I did try a third time and I was just given a dirty look and nobody helped me. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Specially, the way they treat your vehicle. I discovered some more covered up damage with wax colored wax really. And the windshield is cracked all the way across it started as soon as I got it back, Just completely disappointing. At any rate the vehicles is unsafe to drive so it just sits there going nowhere because why because these people made it worse than it was when I gave it to him at least it was drivable before I gave it to them. This place uses retreads for their tires. The vehicle was basically totaled and they did a strange job on it. I wish they would’ve just left it totaled out and then I don’t have to deal with this headache.

Ended up having my vehicle towed to Jeffs property and he took a look over the entire car. He went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe enough to drive away. And gave you recommendations on what to get done next to make sure your car is back to 100%. Just moved into a small town with two mechanic shops that obviously dont want my money since they couldnt even call me back. I am so beyond happy I called Jeff. I will be coming back!!!

I did end up going with the higher priced service, but I appreciate being given options. Money can get tight and knowing what has to be done versus optional services is helpful.
