1 /5 Tonya Abern: Worst repair work ever. First of all said he could have it done in 2 weeks. After a month went to pick up my car and there were so many problems with the paint ( globs of running paint, dirt in the paint, scratches) that we left it for him to fix. Another week and a half later pick up my car on a Friday, took it back Saturday. The window washing reservoir wasnt connected. And the radiator overflow reservoir is cracked and the lid wont even fit on it because it is smashed.Still same problems with the paint. Another week (6 weeks total) I get my car home. Looked it over and I want to cry. Worst repair work ever. Dont use this company.. They care nothing about quality.

Jessica Rodriguez: My vehicle was hit in a parking lot. After a lot of back and forth with the persons insurance I was able to give Caliber the contact person. Once I did, they took care of the rest. Caliber was very familiar with not only my insurance but the other persons too. Angel, at the who was my contact, was very knowledgeable, she consistently kept me updated on the process. When I dropped my car off for the repair, she let me know that since Christmas was the following week, a couple employees were out on vacation so it might a be delayed a couple days. Happily, my car was repaired, looking brand new and even a couple days earlier than expected. I was treaded with respect and professionalism from everyone I had interaction with. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs damage repaired on their vehicle.

After the oil change was complete, he did a full vehicle inspection to check my engine, breaks and tire pressure. He also checked to find any body damnage to my car and gave me reasonable advice on what to fix in order to keep my car in its best shape! And the best part, the shop is in a great location so I went for a short walk around the area while my car was being serviced. 10/10 service! I highly recommend this place!

Marcus Harkins: I took my mother’s 2021 Kia Soul in to fix and repaint the rear bumper after a little fender bender. They did a horrible job paint matching. On top of that, they refuse to repaint it because it’s “good enough” and have yet to call back after multiple attempts. I highly recommend going elsewhere if you want proper customer service. Take a look at the pictures and you be the judge if that’s 100% customer satisfaction.
