1 /5 Alyssia Cowart: Went here for the very first time a while ago to get my brows microbladed and the lady who did them for me was absolutely amazing! She was super comforting and sweet and walked me through the process. However, my issue was not with her, but the salon as a whole. While in my appointment, my parents had called to see if I was still inside (mind you they drove me there, I was unable to access my phone at that given time and the doors were locked due to covid) and the lady who answered the phone (can’t recall her name) made the quick assumption that I was not inside the building (although I was and she hadn’t bothered to do a full sweep, only the waiting area) which immediately made my family worry beyond belief. We traveled from out of state so before anyway jumps to them being “dramatic” .. imagine how you would feel if you dropped your daughter off to an appointment she’s never been to, in a state you’ve never visited before, only to find out she’s supposedly no longer inside when she’s supposed to be. Yeah.. I think it’s safe to say it was more than understandable to be worried. After I was able to get to my phone to tell my parents I was inside and that I was okay, I was immediately annoyed because not once had I heard anyone call out my name or come into the room my brows were being done in, to see if I was there. The amount of anxiety this place caused my family all because they couldn’t take 30 seconds to check who was inside their building is absolutely ridiculous and should have never happened. Way beyond unprofessional.
