There was a mix up with my appointment, and he happened to have come in early that day and immediately got me taken care of. He offered a detailed and personal consultation that resulted in the best haircut I’ve ever had, perfect for my hair type and what I was looking for. Then Vanessa, his apprentice, took over and styled me up just right. She was super sweet and gave me an amazing scalp massage. Marv then even charged me a lower rate because the stylist I thought I booked is a lower level so he wanted to honor that. From start to finish I was pampered and taken care of, and left feeling fantastic. I felt like a celebrity! It was everything I could have asked for and more, I would 100% recommend the Hair Lounge.❤️
Hair.Comb - Federal Way Max Bande: Great hairstylist!! I tried several times to get a perm and they all fell out after a few days with her I finally got the results I wanted after spending almost 6 hours with her to get the solution and curls to stick. She treated me to coffee and seaweed cookies and tea time with her older sister very nice lady and expected prices I got a perm for around $100
L.EV8 Hair Studio - Federal Way Renu Kumar: Kianna’s hands are magical. I started coming to Kianna in 2020 and have continued seeing her every 3 months since then. I’ve used her for hairstyling, however, I mostly see her for color and cut. She listens to what I say I want and gives me those results. If I’m ever feeling like I don’t love it, she is receptive of my concerns and schedules me in to have the color fixed. She’s so sweet and kind and always has honest recommendations when it comes to styling, color or products!
Bella Red Salon - Federal Way Katrina Thiessen: I wish I could give this salon, specifically Heather, more than 5 stars, this review is very overdue but I want to note that she is a phenomenal color master, plus the salon color educator, while simultaneously being very conscious of not compromising your hair. I appreciate the communication regarding price point for services and the fact she always keeps in mind what you want for your overall end hair goal, if it cant be accomplished in one session.
Its been over a year of working with Heather to get back to blonde (I came to her with red hair!) after my hair was very damaged by previous color/products/neglect. Including pics of my color, that Heather has completed, and where I started with the red. Im always so happy when I leave Bella Red, thank you!!!
Oh, side note, the gal she is training, I think her name is Emory, is equally fabulous and so sweet. They work together incredibly well as a hair duo/team and its really impressive to see such a strong and professional work ethic. Perhaps its also worth mentioning that I literally stalked peoples hair photos on Instagram for a solid year before committing to booking with Heather, my only suggestion would be, can you have the owner open an Olympia or Tacoma location? Until then Ill make the drive!
Last two photos are where I started with color and very badly damaged hair, middle is current hair status. They are I believe an exclusive Bumble & Bumble salon plus clearly put a great deal of time and energy in perfecting color and cuts so obviously the price point is slightly higher than you might pay elsewhere but I think its worth every penny!
Stan Parente Salon - federal way - Federal Way Kylene Ruark: I had the best experience at this salon! Everyone was very friendly. Jessica was so sweet to me and truly listened to what I wanted in my cut and color! She gave the best scalp massage as I got a wash. The shampoo and conditioner felt so amazing and smelled so good! My cut looks and feels so perfect. My first balayage and I’m so proud of it! Truly a wonderful experience for me. I felt very taken care of and love my new hair! The salon was so clean and tidy. I will forsure be back again!
Sola Salon Studios - federal way - Federal Way Rubi Herrera: Kamira does an AMAZING work every single visit. Her salon is very relaxing, she is very professional but super friendly and inviting. Going to get my lashes done is a treat and I always leave feeling super happy and confident. Wouldn’t go with anyone else. Her prices area great too!
Glamorous Hairstylist - Federal Way Markie Du Bry: Yolanda is incredible!!! Very fun and kind. I am super particular about my hair and honestly, I have left other salons before crying. I was super hesitant to try yet another salon. Yolanda took care of everything and I left feeling gorgeous! Going back again now and referred my Director. Go to this salon!!!
Salon Edwards - Federal Way Stosh D: Fantastic! I moved to WA 2 years ago, have tried numerous hair places in the area, and have had nothing but terrible haircuts at many different price points. Then I found this place. Garfield is fantastic. He is a genuinely pleasant person, that gave me exactly what I asked for, at a reasonable price. I will be back.
Castaway Salon - Federal Way Bean: Chris at Castaway did my bridal styling and gave me the most perfect soft, romantic style. My hair held up perfectly through an outdoor ceremony and I got so many compliments. Chris was an absolute delight, she was sweet and made sure to communicate throughout the whole process.
KT Hair Salon & Spa - Federal Way Dana Pereau: Excellent quality service. Waxing is very professional and mostly reasonable. Owner, KT takes a personal interest in every client. Pedicure reasonable at $15 when combined with any other service. Same with manicure. She offers senior discounts and special pricing for any multiple services. Fast, efficient, and good quality. Dont miss out on this excellent Salon. Top notch.
