5 /5 Rebecca Chung: Really nice girls at the front desk- really helpful. I had an emergency with my tooth and the assistant and dentist helped me the entire time with kindness and care. I would recommend no problem. Amazing people and clinic.

1 /5 Michaela Crabtree: If I can give anyone advice. I would tell them to look the other way before taking your kids or yourself here. Honestly I don’t even know how they have patients still. Long story short. I took my child her in October 2024. Finding out she has a cross bite that’s causing issues with her bottom gums and pretty much needs braces to hurry and fix this issue before it gets worst. But, before they do this she wanted some teeth pulled to get her spacers. She sent a referral to our regular dental office. Unfortunately they couldn’t do it so they referred me to the dental office next door to sea mar. We scheduled an appointment and they wanted the first referral from sea mar. This is now multiple calls later now almost into February. I called Monday and asked to speak to an office manager (no one called) Tuesday again asked for an office manager (no one called) Wednesday asked for a manager. The supervisor (Olivia) called. Right off the gate she blames me. Saying all this time I should’ve provided them with a fax number. Very rude. Unprofessional. You would think is she really a supervisor if she doesn’t know how to talk to an upset mother. I have personally over the years have dealt with escalated calls and not even 100 years would I blame my customers. This office is ridiculous. And I am SO glad they did this before I put braces on my child by them. Someone really needs to go in there and retrain these people. It’s a PIECE of paper!! Just send it? How is it this hard!! Kulshan even told me SeaMar is known for not sending referrals so if you’re reading this and have experience the same. Please reach out to me. Also supervisor Olivia. I really hope you the best! 1 /5 mallory whitney: AWFUL! The lady on the phone is literally the rudest person I have ever had to speak to. She talks like she thinks shes better then everyone and like your inconveniencing her by existing. Dont mention if you have state insurance because then the attitude just gets even worse. If you hate your job that much then find a new one. Then to add they will schedule for an urgent appointment if your lucky but then not do anything except refer you out to someone who it takes over a month to get in with. Forget trying to schedule in a timely matter youll be waiting 8+ months for an appointment and thats if your lucky. Literally the most ridiculous place ive ever had to deal with.

1 /5 little pet kingdome: I had my braces for about 5 years. I didn’t have the ability to go elsewhere as insurance coverage was limited. Fast forward and I’m going to be paying out of pocket to have them redone. While my teeth are straight, they are awfully flared out (think of a horse) , to the point it causes discomfort while eating. The way my teeth sit has caused them to be more prone to chipping. I’ve also worn my retainer religiously since I’ve had the braces removed. I can assure they have not shifted. The orthodontist at the time said I required double jaw surgery and multiple tooth extractions to ensure my teeth would be sitting properly after braces treatment. To give the shortest version, I had all those procedures done. To have had to endure all that pain (extractions and surgery) for the end result to be mediocre and painful is very disappointing. If you have the ability to, I highly recommend going elsewhere for ortho and dental. I haven’t been treated by their medical staff so can’t comment on that.
