Jacob Manning: Shelton Presbyterian was very welcoming, the front-door deacons were friendly and informative.
The Sunday school and current teachers were very friendly and understanding and accommodating.
The church is clean, and the atmosphere felt good. The seats are comfortable for worship.
The overall experience was good. I would however love to have more time with the sermons compared to the singing and worshiping. But that is just my personal preference.
The make of the congregation seemed to be of an older generation, BUT They were very welcoming of youth and younger members seeking a new place to call a home church.
You do not have to wear a suit and tie or dress and heels to fit in here. Which makes it very easy to feel accepted and acceptable in a house of worship.

GLC is by far the best church in Shelton, and will always be. Truth is preached! If you visit you will be greeted with a warm welcome and a big smile. Reaching souls in our community is one of our biggest desires!
