5 /5 Pat Webster: very good 2nd appointment after getting my new hearing aids. In the first 2 weeks the left hearing aid kept popping out of my ear. It was decided to make a new mold and supply me with a temporary replacement until the other one gets made. ann gave us plenty of time to ask further questions since we are still in a trial period. 5 /5 Marie and Leo Troha: Very professional and friendly staff. I was checked in immediately and was seen within 20 minutes. The staff were kind enough to let me know in advance of the wait. I feel that it’s important for staff/patient communication at all times. I’m very impressed with this clinic!

5 /5 Carrie Balser: The receptionists were not friendly and almost rude. If not for Dr Harris being so great not sure we return. Dr Harris deserves 5 stars but office staff really should take a hard look in the mirror. Office staff =zero stars
