2 /5 cora belton: My friend made an appointment for me and her to get acrylic nails. we waited about 5 minutes and they sat me and her down. My friend was sat at a clean area and they started doing her nails. they say me down next to her at a messy area with mail, keys and other things. the man who was at the front desk started doing her nails, so he would stop every few minutes, if not less, to answer the phone and other things. then another man came and took me across the room and started doing my nails. he made me bleed twice, and was very rough when filing my nails. you could tell he just wanted to get me out so he could have more customers. he would pull on my fingers and mumble words to himself. he only did two coats of gel polish on my nails, so they are kind of see through. you can see the marks on my nails and where he glued on the extra part. he even filed the side of one of me nails very jagged which i fixed myself at home. they charged me almost 70 dollars for short almond acrylic nails. i also had to wait almost ten minutes to pay. i would honestly not go again and did not care for their nails or customer service.
