5 /5 Doc: Very professional but still approachable and friendly. Talks with you, not TO you. Very nice office, staff is really friendly and caring and try hard to make sure all is well. They liked my service dog, Chesty and he was in there while the exam took place. Dentist is a Bass player, how can you lose? EDIT: I had a dental emergency and they got me in that day. I was 36 years Navy medical and I could have learned a lot from this guy as far as customer service and how to treat people goes. Non-judgmental very good at what he does and like I said before hes a bass player how can you lose?

5 /5 David Irvine: This is hands down the best dentist I have ever gone to. I had a deep cleaning performed and a small cavity filled. The Hygienist was just awesome, she was thorough, gentle and very calming. Dr Hickey is great, hes very laid back and very good, it was painless and he did an excellent job. The entire staff is great very friendly and efficient. If youre looking for a good dentist I would definitely recommend Dr Hickey

5 /5 Christina Springer: My daughter and I have been seeing Dr. Hickey for a couple of years now. Everyone who works there makes us feel so welcome. Plus, we love the rock music and rock concert posters on the walls. How cool is it to have a guitar available to the patients to play when they walk in the door? Dr. Hickey shares his love of rock with his patients and its so uplifting. It helps take ones mind off of being at the dentist. Even so, they are all very skilled. I have been to multiple dentists and he his team are by far the best.

5 /5 Molly Hsu: I found Sound to Mountain Dental following a chapter which lead me to neglect my oral healthcare. This caused an anxious shame-spiral which weighed on me like a ton of bricks. Finding Dr Hickey=Total game changer. The Dr.’s high level of skill obviously honed throughout his years of practice and chill demeanor were all priceless throughout my time in his chair. This is just what I needed. This guy helped me get my smile back! The confidence gained from this is amazing. The staff is responsive and caring, providing a comforting amount of fun conversation. Lily cleaned my teeth. Her work was thorough and professional. I appreciate her kind hearted, judgement-free approach. Genuinely felt cared for during my time with her as well. My long term goal is to eliminate the use of nitrous oxide but the fact that it IS an option allays my fears and reduces appointment procrastination, both key in maintaining oral healthcare. 5 /5 Kirsten Edgbert: We have been coming to Dr. Hickey for about 29 years now. We love him and his staff! They feel like family. We never have any issues with making appointments or with our appointments once made. They’re also very helpful in figuring out what’s covered on your insurance and even helped our daughters boyfriend figure out insurance coverage that he wasn’t sure that he even had.
