Spoiled Spa and Salon - Vancouver (WA)

1 /5 April Brix: I would go a -5 stars if I could, this place ruined my hairstyle with a terrible, crooked, short cut right before my wedding. I asked for partial highlights and then the stylist colored my hair without asking and charged me a lot extra. And then I just had to pay it. I guess that’s their business model to give extra services without asking and then make their customers pay for it. Worst experience ever. And because I had such terrible service, I am now banned from their salon after asking for a partial refund to pay for having to get my hair fixed somewhere else. Their solution was for me to come back in and have a stylist ”fix” it. I was actually sort of shocked that they didn’t offer a refund. In response to your response below, no, this was the photo before the fix, check your email again. I sent a couple of other photos that were the fix from another salon. Dosha did a great job. As I mentioned in my email to you, I recently moved close to this salon location and didn’t realize it was connected to the other location - I never really focused on the name of the place. I’ve just never been treated so badly and then to think of you banning people you do that to. Why didn’t your salon just immediately say they would at least pay for the fix? This big “threat” I gave was to report your practice to your own licensing organization to let them know. You saying I threatened you leaves people to believe an untruth, like I was a danger to your employees. That is far from the truth. That’s two falsehoods in your response, pretty bad.

5 /5 alicia magana: I love the Spoiled Salon!! The entire staff is great! My last haircut and root touch up was done by Ainsley Peterson. She was great. Asked multiple questions trying to understand what I was hoping to accomplish with my hair that visit. She listened and also provided great education about hair treatments/products and haircuts. Can’t wait to see her again in 6 weeks.

5 /5 Crystal Atkinson: Wow wow wow! All my cares melted away in Mandys confident hands today! The Revival Facial was incredible and Im so grateful I found her. She was efficient, had great massage technique, smooth applications, and seemless transitions. I walked out feeling so relaxed and pampered. I almost fell asleep a few times. Nice music and calming room. You can slightly hear the cars going by and the parking lot is a bit wonky, but her facial was so superior that no stars are being knocked for things out of her control. Booking was quick and easy. No smells from the salon. RUN, dont walk, to get your facial today! You will not regret this! She also gives 50% off first time facials and even gave me a few birthday samples of the products she used. If this was the only services gift I ever got, Id be happy the rest of my life with nothing else!

5 /5 Shannon Bickford: I had a shampoo/blow out with Payton and she did amazing. The shampoo was so relaxing and great and my blowout/curls came out perfect. Very inexpensive also about half the price of the blowout salons in Vancouver. Payton was so sweet and positive and wonderful all around! Will definitely return soon!

5 /5 Gail Robinson: I love the bright and cheery atmosphere, I do not feel crowded. Kira listened to my frustration w my graying hair, asked questions about my styling abilities and came up with a cut that makes me so happy! Its a great cut w lots of movement thats easy to maintain. My styling capabilities are about zero, so for me to style and love my cut after I leave the salon is amazing.
