1 /5 mutantbroom: Had a terrible experience with my stylist where I asked for a cut with a short length on the sides that tapers up to the top, and the stylist proceeded to give me a FREAKING BUZZ CUT.
They asked one clarifying question about how short of a cut I wanted and I clarified that I wanted it down to the skin on the sides, then the stylist proceeds to start the cut with the shortest razor head they had on the top and front of my hair, so the moment they started cutting I was forced into whatever they had in mind. This whole situation could have been prevented if the stylist just asked "So you just want a buzz cut?" before starting cutting because thats essentially what I ended up with, and I would have had time to respond "NO!" before they started.
The icing on this whole cake is that the haircut still cost me $32, for basically 5 minutes of haircutting that I couldve done at home.
I recommend staying away from this location and getting a cut somewhere else until they figure out what exactly is going on with their stylists
