1 /5 Brisha Rice: My daughters hair is so damaged after our last visit that we will never go back. She was rushed out of her appointment when the next client arrived, color & cut was not correct, last minute 2nd appointment made to "finish," next day home visit completely fried her hair, & then was told I was attacking her when explaining teenagers traumatizing situation, asked what happened, & for partial refund. Mistakes were never admitted, only attempts to cover them up. So unprofessional!
