Charity Mcleod I took my son to the very first time just a couple of days ago and I’ll tell you the atmosphere the haircut and everything about it with absolutely amazing. They have loud music drums about 100 beautiful tropical plants and a cute little white dog I 100% suggest try it! My son Who I will say is pretty pink and ask for a fade and print it like that and she did it perfect I don’t think I’ve ever seen it so they really look up to their name! I don’t think we’ll ever go anywhere else

shannon robles I love getting my hair done here. She does amazing cuts and colors. I needed a new fresh look and i keep getting compliments. My hair is so silky and shiny and a beautiful style. Been told by many i look 10 yrs younger...i definitely feel it. She is so reasonably priced and my hair looks like i spent 200.00 on it and its a fraction of that. If you want top quality work on your hair, cuts, colors, blow outs, root touch ups etc... that wont break the bank but looks like you did... SERIOUSLY come here. I will be a customer for life...

Rolene Yousefyan Services received: bad highlights for root touch up and a not so great haircut When: about 4 weeks ago. Here are some pros, cons, a description and photos of my hair. Pros: - convenient location - timely response if she is messaged on Facebook - the shop looks fine Cons: - bad job all around in the color and quality of the highlights (they turned out GREEN and ORANGE instead of blonde) - I asked for layers (v cut), but received a blunt cut in the back and some layers in the front - she was extremely rough with my hair and scalp, to the point that I had scabs on my scalp, a headache, and my scalp was sensitive to touch and movement of my hair for about a week - I called the shop twice and my calls were ignored - she didnt speak to me much other than asking me if I was Indian. I would suggest just asking someone what their ethnicity is instead of trying to guess and getting it wrong... Here is some detail if youd like to read more: I am not a picky person, so for me to write this review even after a month says a lot. I am extremely unhappy with the results, even if I was to have to go back for my hair to be fixed by her, I wouldnt. I wish I could get a refund, because I tipped well; I shouldnt have tipped, but my scalp was in so much pain that I just wanted to walk out ASAP. I didnt even get a good look of my hair, I just ran out after paying! Backstory: I just moved to the area and was looking for a new hair dresser. I found this salon on Google and looked into her work on Google reviews and Facebook. I saw a photo of her work that included highlights so thats the reference I showed her of what I wanted. Once I got a reply on fb messenger, since my calls to the shop were ignored, I showed her pictures of my current roots and hair length that needed to be touched up and cut. She said she could do it and gave me her price. Washes: My hair is thick, long, dry (because of highlights) and wavy/curly. She washed and brushed it very roughly at least 3 times throughout the 3 hours that I was there. My scalp was in so much pain I was just praying to God for her to finish so I can get out of there. Over the next week or so I found scabs on my scalp because of how rough she was. If you look closely at the photos youll see a few scabs on my hairline... Highlights: I have gotten highlights several times before and no one has ever done two things that she did. 1) colored ALL of my roots reddish brown on top of the foil highlights, which is pointless because my roots are already dark brown...the colors bled through and it looked patchy... 2) she used toner TWICE. No one has ever done either of those. She knew she messed up because she told me that the darkness and the color will change after a few washes. My hair still has orange and green hues in it, and my roots look horrible. I straightened my hair so you could see the colors better. Cut: If I wanted a blunt cut, I would have asked for one, or stayed at home and done it myself. I asked for v-cut layers. She spent 10 minutes of the 3 hours that I was there to blunt cut the back, and layer the front. This might work on straight hair but you cant do this to curly or wavy hair without it looking ugly. Please, watch YouTube videos and buy your own color/ highlight kit from ulta or something, youll probably do a better job yourself and save yourself a lot of money.

Don L. Excellent service! I moved and usually have to drive a long distance to get my haircut at my usual place but I found this place and Im very happy with my cut. I forgot to ask the name of the hairstylist that did my hair but she took her time to do it right and didnt rush to do things. She was friendly and attentive. Im definitely coming back.

Rubi Herrera Kamira does an AMAZING work every single visit. Her salon is very relaxing, she is very professional but super friendly and inviting. Going to get my lashes done is a treat and I always leave feeling super happy and confident. Wouldn’t go with anyone else. Her prices area great too!

Lisa C Hair at Tiffany’s is the boutique I visit inside Sola Salons and Tiffany is great! She’s professional and keeps up with all the newest trends! I also love that the doors to the entire building are kept locked and guests must be granted entry by their stylist. I feel totally safe having my hair done in Tiff’s boutique.

GaTeckla Warner Isabel at halo beauty was scissor happy I believe. I only wanted less than an inch off and about 4 inches are off, and I’m very devastated because I was working on my hair growth journey. Photos below are of my hair length before and after.

Pedicure reasonable at $15 when combined with any other service. Same with manicure. She offers senior discounts and special pricing for any multiple services. Fast, efficient, and good quality. Ana Davila My sister in law were in yesterday initially for acrylic nails my sister in law decided to get a haircut and color for the first time she really liked how her ombré look turned out. I’ve waited for Ashley the nail tech girl to arrive and it was so much worth the wait she first struggled with the glue not sticking to my nails (because I used hand soap before getting them done) she had to create 4 nails from scratch Ashley is so talented and takes care of your hands, I have a very sensitive cuticles and she made sure I was comfortable with the nail instruments. I will definitely be back for a fill and pedicure and haircut as well very nice lady’s and great prices

Liu Rey Very rude woman on the phone. Called to make an appointment and did not understand what she said when I asked for the available times... asked her if she could repeat what she said and immediately gave me an attitude. Terrible.

Alicia Bowles literally just said only a trim.. 1.5 off the ends.. a dry trim- super straight forward very simple. so she decides to “soften the front” and taper the front!! like what the heck?! then argue with me how i should like my hair.. whole experience was wild. don’t go here.

Amber Neumann I visited Hair Creations the 8th of June. Ivy gave me the most incredible cut!! She is so professional and friendly I’ve never been so pleased!! I was clearly nervous and she was very patient and made me feel at ease. I HIGHLY recommend her and her salon. This is the result…..I LOVE it!

chang lee Worst hair salon ever. They charge $40 for a mens haircut, and the lady just started cutting without even asking. She only said, "Do you just want to trim your hair?" and I ended up getting a trim. But she couldnt even trim my hair properly. It seemed like she didnt care about how she was cutting it; she just cut it however. The length of my left and right sides is off by an inch, and when I checked my hair at home, I couldnt believe my eyes. The ends of my hair were uneven, and it looked like she tried to make the length even, but there were many spots where some hairs stuck out at least half an inch more. It doesnt make sense at all that they charge $40 for such a terrible haircut

Ben Tanet Jirathammpat Made an appointment with owner “Lisa” clearly stated when called for appointment since been getting hair cut with her for few times. Arrived on time, Lisa then refused to give us haircut but direct us to another stylist. This is a bummer !!! Drove all the way from Seattle and being treated poorly. Told her we made appointment with her, not another stylist. She only said “next time” . Ended up got haircut with another stylist and Lisa was just chatting around with no customers, and the haircut weren’t great too. Was very disappointed and will not return to this place :(

Jenifer Luong I was promptly whisked into the hair washing station once my appointment was confirmed. There was an entertaining assistant that washed my hair and discussed about the area. The actual hairdresser was very quick with my actual haircut, because I requested an easy one. Sometimes theyre sequestered to other clients since its a small team, but they make sure everyone is taken care of. I will be returning here for my next haircut for sure.

Sevda Bayramova Had a Facial & Japanese Scalp Massage with Thea today. It was one of the most relaxing experiences ever! I loved every part of it. This is a perfect way to throw off some stress and treat yourself with some peaceful self care. I loved how Thea did her job. She was great and definitely knew what she was doing. Recommend 100%.

Keanna Balmores I had a great experience with Thea! I got hybrid brows done, which includes nano, feather, browse, and powder brow combo. I had my brows done previously somewhere else and it wasn’t a problem at all. My first results had faded pretty significantly from 4 years ago and Thea was able to touch them up. I wanted to know specifically that the service was virtually painless!

Marcella Dukes I absolutely love this place! I have been getting my eyebrows threaded and tinted for years but Arati has always got me right! She helped me grow my eyebrows back exactly how I envisioned! I’m so thankful for her! No one else actually took the time to listen and help me get my eyebrows exactly how I wanted them!

Maela I recently had my eyebrows done, including threading, lamination, and tinting, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The lady who worked on my brows was amazing—she made them look exactly the way I wanted. The shape is perfect, full, and natural-looking, which was a relief since I’ve always been nervous about ending up with overly thinned brows. She truly did an incredible job. I visited around 11 on a Saturday and was assisted right away. The whole experience was seamless and professional. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality eyebrow services!

Anjolene N I love this location and Ive been to 4 others, she is the sweetest person and makes me feel so welcome. I only trust her with shaping my brows, which Ive been trying to thicken for years. I drive from Kent to Federal Way just to see her, she is amazing, truly the best experience Ive ever had with threading. She also listens and will do whats best for you, waxing is also available here if you prefer. If you want on point brows, Kally Threading in Federal Way is the only place to be!

Bean Chris at Castaway did my bridal styling and gave me the most perfect soft, romantic style. My hair held up perfectly through an outdoor ceremony and I got so many compliments. Chris was an absolute delight, she was sweet and made sure to communicate throughout the whole process.

Raven Morrigan I had a terrible experience here. I got my hair done one week before my wedding. It was messed up and I came back in to get my hair fixed the day before and the manager/owner argued with me and refused to fix it. She refused to give me a refund, and even when the hair stylist who did my hair offered to do something, the manger intervened and stopped her. She made the day before my wedding awful. She is so mean and callous, unconcerned about her clients. I spent nearly $400 on my hair and this was how I was treated. Dont go here. I hope they lose business and close down. Dont go here if you have a big event. They dont care if they mess up your hair and you have to deal with it. Reply to their reply: I cant believe your rude and terrible reply. I tried to come back to your salon to talk to you and all you did was treat me like you did not have time for me and I was being unreasonable. I didnt yell or anything. I came in calm and asked questions and for over 30 minutes you just shut me down and said there was nothing you were going to do. You did not try to do anything. My hair is terrible and you are a liar. I told you it was my first time dying my hair red and you told me it would only bleed a little and then that it would stop after a few days. I explicitly asked you about the color setting in my hair when I scheduled my appointment and when my hair was being done. There is hair sealer that I have found that you can easily purchase from Sally Beauty. You told me I was being completely unreasonable when I asked you for a color sealer and they are literally everywhere. You did nothing to seal the color and it is ruining all of clothes. You told me when I came back that it would always bleed and I just needed to deal with it. You did not offer to do anything or any other solutions. You are a terrible person who lied to a person who wanted to dye their hair a fashion color the first time, then completely gaslighted me by acting like Im crazy when Im upset that its bleeding everywhere. You outright lied and said it wouldnt be an issue after a week then during the appointment, that it would stop after a few days. Thats what you said initially then suddenly changed your tune like I should know its going to bleed over everything. You take advantage of people and dont care that you charge all this money to people and wont help them when they have problems. Now you are trying to blame me when you gaslight and lie to me. You are awful.

Kelly Nguyen For the past few visits I’ve continually had to go back the next day for corrections whether it’s from the cut or color. I continue to go back to Helen bc it is familiar and close to my house. My cut this week is the final straw. She completely botched my hair cut making it significantly shorter than I asked. The style is not what I said either. She never once checked in to make sure we were on the right path. By the time she turned the chair facing the mirror, it was too late. I was shocked. I have two major work trips coming up and I am so embarrassed with how my hair turned out. I wish I could rewind the time and never have gone. End up paying full price for the wash and cut (45) for the worst experience I’ve ever had. There is no question I am taking my business elsewhere.

Valarie Davies Well so much for trying to support local businesses! I made an appointment for today at 330 arrived for my appointment 10 minutes early, and was told at 330 that the person who was going to do my hair was out, but she would be back shortly. There was one other person ahead of me who got served and then when they were done with him I assumed she would at the VERY least start by shampooing my hair until the other attendant arrived! I sat there for 25 minutes waiting for one person to come in and take care of my hair! The only person finished up with the client that was there before me and didnt bother to wash my hair. Didnt bother to see if there was anything she could do for me. I had to sit and wait! There was NOBODY else waiting in the salon! So I guess its a good thing that my reviews are well received because Im going to leave a terrible one. What a total waste of time and gas. If they werent going to be able to take care of me today, they shouldnt have given me the appointment! I really dislike wasting my time and being treated in such a manner!

Tamira Tserendavaa I found this place through google and decided to try out. Helen is nice person but her haircut skill sucks. She doesn’t know how to cut hair. She was having hard time cutting my side bangs. My hair looks chopped uneven and made my hair even more thin! I will not be going back.not only that my hair color is bleeding and scalp is super painful. I still paid $120 plus tip. It wasn’t worth it. Sorry but businesses should be reviewed fairly. That’s my experience

hadassah22 I love their glow up facial! Update: My glow facial was done a year ago by Natalie. She was kind and amazing. But the second time I went there, it was done by yelena and she did an awful job like she was in a rush. I don’t ever want yelena to touch my face ever again.

Haley Natalie is AMAZING! Highly recommend her. The way she handles my skin is so gentle and extremely professional. I’ve had two facials by her and each time I’ve left feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated, and my skin has always been happy afterwards, considering how sensitive my skin is (I’ve had facials that have left me with breakouts for days after, but not here). I will 100% be back many many times.

Javonne Lane I’ve been coming to get my hair braided here for probably over a year or two now. The service is always the best. She does such a great job on my hair and she is so fast. She is super skilled on what she does, and always a pleasure to see. The customer service is amazing. I will always come to her to get my hair braided. Definitely worth coming to see her for your next hair appointment!!

Danna Daniel Made an appointment and lady seemed very nice on phone, showed up for appointment and staff told me that the lady had left come back next week. Like excuse me? I have an appointment, what do you mean come back next week!? Unbelievable experience! That is not very good customer service nor a good first time impression . But I called another salon and they got me in right then and there . God works great when people do you dirty. It was a blessing I didn’t go there after all. it was run down and so was their service ! Wish I didn’t even have to give this place a star at all. It would be a negative!
