5 /5 Carlee L.: OH MY GOSH!!!! best manicure of my life. Marian at Incognito did a fabulous job on my nails. Best manicure I have ever had. She took her time and made sure every detail was perfect. Got my nails done while I was passing through spokane. May have to drive over from Seattle more often!!! They also have a cute dog at the salon! what a perk!!!

5 /5 Emily Herbert: Ive gone here for hair, nails and skin(LOVED them all), but I dont think many people know about the energy healing services. The space is so beautiful and relaxing! Sound baths are a great way to be introduced to energy healing / reiki and practice mindfulness and meditation. Jill -(the owner) and Danielle are very knowledge and passionate about their work. If youre looking for something to add to your self care routine- this is it!!

5 /5 Kristen Green: I had my first appointment with Crystal today, and she is fantastic! So friendly, personable, listened and asked questions to really understand what I wanted with my haircut. Im fairly picky with my hair and man.... she gave me the best haircut Ive ever had. She plucked out of my brain exactly what I wanted, and knew exactly what I was talking about! Im so glad I stumbled upon her on Instagram, and cant wait for my next appointment. Highly recommend her!

2 /5 Blanca Esquivel: Honestly the girls are great to talk to there but I’ve gotten my hair dyed a good 5 times here and I’ve just never gotten what I asked for. I’ve asked to be BLONDE, and each time I go I asked for lighter blonde/ more blonde. They redid it one time a couple of years ago without charge but other times I’ve just given them more tries so I’ve paid the stylists prices. There is always some sort of excuse as to why they can’t get my dark brown lifted. I’ve had my hair done at other salons in my old town and that was not an issue. Those other salons took longer to get me lifted to the blonde I wanted as far as how long I was sitting in a chair but in the end I at least got what I wanted. I keep saying I want to be lighter and they never go over my current blonde. I’ve just been given highlights on the brown parts I have. There is a good 1/3 of my hair towards the bottom of my head that was not even touched the last time I went. I asked why and she said it was already blonde enough and because of damage. I had just gotten a haircut right before this in that same visit so to me some of that damage should have even been cut off. Either way i keep telling them that my hair can handle the bleach! I’ve had this done before! decided to look at that1/3 part of my hair to see if it was blonde enough and sure enough it was mostly dark hair. If I put my hair in a high bun, it’s basically all dark hair in the back . It just looks patchy and I’m not happy at all. So much money over the past 2-3 years and I’ve never been able to say I loved how my hair turned out. Please just tell customers you can’t do it if you feel incompetent instead of making excuses. These as level 5 stylists and they’re supposed to be the best. Super disappointed. This blonde was done a week ago or so
